Dude, Where's My Nurse?

JeY walked hurriedly into the nurses' office, as he was always fast-paced when agitated or rushed. He ignored and avoided all of the 'Are you okay?'s and the 'what happend?'s on his way through the widning halls. Finally in the door, he looked around. He saw two blues standing up, around another who was lying on the table, severely injured. His eyes widened, and distracted him enough to not notice the blue girl sitting down. In the company of a bunch of upperclassmen, he froze, still holding his bleeding arm. [OOC: in the ra yellow 'announcement' topic you can see what happend 0.o]

He finally managed to find some words, and said "I guess I'll find a bandage and wait in line..." He had no idea about the place, as he was a first year. He scouted out the sink, and then a cabinet with correctly sized bandages. He first went to wash his wound, and then carefuly applied the bandage so it wouldn't hurt. When he went to sit down, he then noticed the obelisk girl. She seemed like she just had a hard time. Maybe the blue on the table is a sibling, a great friend, or even a boyfriend? But JeY felt it wasn't his business to question her.

JeY grabbed a seat and began to wait patiently, holding his arm. Not being medically inclined, he wouldn't know if he needed stitches or another source of extra treatment for his arm.

Don't think this is merely a game...your life is on the line.
Hearing the door open, Demitri turned his attention to the new arrival. Seeing that it was a Ra, he tensed slightly.

That's right...there's a tournament going on. This could be a good time to jump ahead of the competition a bit.

Demitri was tempted to issue a challenge, but notice that the Ra was clutching his arm. Blood appeared to be seeping from an open wound. That, and he appeared a bit tense. Looking around the room, Demitri quickly discovered the reason.

Of course. There are three of us to his person.

Raising an eyebrow, he couldn't help but watch as the Yellow bandaged up his wound.

What kind of school is this? Is it some sort of curse that students here end up in such states? Honestly...

Sighing to himself, Demitri shook his head.

"Ah well. No use in dwelling on such things. There are better uses for my time, anyways."

Walking over to the door, Demitri took one last look at the group that had assembled in the nurses office and walked out.

Ruby watched Demitri remove the shards of glass from the drunken man she had struck with his vodka bottle. The man's cuts were numerous, but none seemed to be life-threatening, nor should her strike had enough force to push him into his current state. The bruise on his temple rose suspicions that he hit his head whilst he collapsed, though it would still be her fault for causing him to fall unconscious. She began to sob once more at the thought of, though indirectly, being the one at fault for putting a man into a coma, even if it were self-defense.

The blue that had said something and left didn't get a reaction out of JeY. He remained there, waiting for the nurse to show up. The akward silence was broken by a sob from the girl sitting a seat down from him. Agaisnt his better judgement, he finally asked "Do you know the guy on the table?" JeY thought it was an obvious question, but he didn't want the obvious answer. From JeY's experiences, those in that state usually need to talk out their problems, and would give more than a straight answer, even if it was to a total stranger. Along with the obvious answer, JeY hoped the reason why the blue on the table would be given as well.

Yusuke walked into the nurse's office. It seemed that everybody was in the room. Yusuke didn't remember the students that where there. "Looks like we all like the sound of a tournament. But why this early into the year?" Yusuke said to the rest of the students.

Rubbed her tear-stained face against her sleeve in a poor attempt to clean herself and make herself decent before starting a conversation. "He tried to... And... Then I hit him... I don't want to be expelled... Or go to jail.." She were still unable to string together a coherent sentence, though someone with half-decent observation skills, or common sense would able to depict that the man had assaulted her, and in self-defense, she clobbered the man with his vodka bottle, and now she is worried about expulsion, or jail time.

JeY never liked sentences starting with 'He tried to'. He tooked at the boy on the table again. His analysis concluded this man was illegitament in a function, the the girl was put in a fight or flight situation. Whatever she did, she didn't mean to. He could see it in her. He wanted to be supportive without being creepy, and his wound stopped stinging so much as well, which allowed for him to speak straight. "I'll defend you, if it comes down to you being expelled. You can give me the full situation later." He paused, and looked back over at the obelisk on the table. "Fate happens for a reason..." He turned back to the girl, and smiled cheerfully, trying to bring fruther support. Of course, he moved his thumb just right to irritate his wound, and he cringed a little, ruining his smile.

Ruby sighed, smiling weakly. "Thank.. you." She muttered. Slowly, she gradually began to calm down. "It was self-defense.. I'm just over-reacting." she repeated to herself silently in her head.

[OOC: yay small talk until the nurse finds time to RP between her 10 billion IM conversations.

also, what's gonna happen to light who was in the room at the time? does he vanish into thin air?]

JeY decided to look up at the red that walked in. "I don't know why it's so early in the year, but do you need to come in here to find that out?" JeY put on a disgruntled face, Looked back at the blue on the table, and then back at the red. Then he sighed, and looked down. "If the nurse doesn't come soon, we may have to contact the mainland to bring this guy into intensive care."

But really, JeY wasn't interested in waiting at all. He lifted his bandage, and reassessed his wound. Do I really need to wait for a nurse? He closed the bandage, and looked at the guy on the table. "I'll leave you to look after him." JeY took out a scrap of paper and scribbled a number on it, and handed it to Ruby. "Contact me if there's an emergency"

JeY had no idea why she would contact him, but he did say he'd defend her if something went wrong, so it was only proper he'd give her some means of communication. He felt a little blushed he was giving a number to a girl, and decided to quickly turn around and walk out.

Ruby absentmindedly accepted the yellow's number, simply pocketing the scrap of paper. She stared at the man she had so viciously injured, shaking her head. Walking close, she leaned over his unconscious body, whispering softly. "...Forgive me." Turning on her heel, she walked out of the nurses office in a hurry. She wished to take her mind off the whole thing, haven finally calmed down. She decided that she would pay a visit to the card shop, and mull around, glance a t the school's selection, and work on a deck idea.
