Name: Goldray, Aaron Age: 33 Dorm: Professional Duelist/ Archaeologist Grade/Year: Starting his second year on the Pro Circuit Gender: Male Race: Caucasian Height: 6’0” Weight: 158, I think... Eye Color: Gold Hair Color: Gold Personality: Determined and compassionate Defining Characteristics: None Physical Appearance: Sometimes wears archaeological outfit. Likes wearing his hat. Known Relatives: Mary Goldray – wife Isabella Goldray - daughter Biography: Aaron is a native of California. He grew up in Los Angeles, and found in school a passion for ancient cultures. History was always his finest subject. He had a few friends, though none of them had the time for simple games like Duel Monsters. Quite an academic crowd, they spent their weekends in the library, reading. For fun. Aaron could often be seen there, holding professional books studying ancient civilizations... He moved to the San Francisco Bay Area for college, where he encountered three young ladies who he became good friends with. One girl was Mary Anderson, who would later become Aaron’s wife. Kyung-Yoon Kim and Lindsey Taylor had recently graduated from a special Dueling Academy, and were eager to teach the others the game of Duel Monsters. Aaron was far more interested in the history of the game, from its inspirations in Egyptian mythology. As a token of friendship, Miss Kim constructed special decks for everyone in the group. Aaron was given a deck full of “Gladiator Beasts,” a series of monsters Miss Kim was sure he would enjoy. Aaron pursued archaeology for a few years, but ran into difficulty finding funding for an expedition in Central America. After much frustration, Aaron decided to enter the professional dueling arena. His first experience as a Professional Duelist came when he entered a small tournament in Dresden, Germany, where he was researching. He emerged victorious, taking a decent amount of prize money with him. His ambition grew – he used the entire prize money to buy his way into the famed Violet Shield Cup in London, England. Achieving second place, he gained enough fame to allow his entry into several other tournaments in Europe. After a few months of dueling, he had obtained enough money to undertake his Central American expedition. While on the expedition, he explored a lost temple of Huitzilopochtli, the sun god. But is this important yet? He also received a phone call from Miss Kim, now a Professor at Crimson Wind Academy. Having heard of the arrival of other professionals, Miss Kim knew she could count on Aaron to join them. She longs to see her old friend...
