Good thing I saved this. Name: Yukuma, Jake Age: 17 Dorm: Osiris Grade/Year: 2nd Race: Caucasian Height: 6'1" Weight: 210 Eye Color: Hazel Hair Color: Black Defining Characteristics: A scar on his right leg from one of his father's beatings with a knife. Appearance: Doesn't look as big as he is due to his size for his age. He his hair is necklength and has its days where it can be curly or striaght. Is usually seen with blue jeans on and his dorm jacket with matching shoes. He his skin has only a light shade of tanness with his legs showing almost no tan at all being always covered by pants. Biography: Coming from a place where he had very little to no friends, he has never been with the "in" or even the out crowd for that matter. His parents weren't too fond of him so he really had to fend for himself for the past couple of years. When he heard of this Academy on the radio, he immediately packed his bags and left. Not seeing his parents for a long time sounds nice to Jake as he had to sneak in and out of vehicles to get to the dock to where the boat was leaving from. When he went out into public, he was usually ridiculed and laughed at everywhere he went. He only had 1 close friend who he could trust and stuck by him through the thick and then. Jake never wanted to leave him but his friend assured him he would be fine. When Jake was only five, his parents really began to drink more and more until they became alcoholics. From this point on, Jake's life took a turn for the worse at home. Whenever his parents went out, they never called a sitter for him and left him to fend for himself. When they returned, they usually took out anything they had on their minds onto Jake. This included everything from hitting him, kicking him, and they one time sent him to the hospital because of the beating they gave him. Even when he was in there, they continued to drink and never visited him. When he was released, nothing changed. Jake really got tired of his life at age ten when he thought of suicide. This was stopped due to somebody he never knew before. The kid his age was able to talk sense into him which saved his life. This kid was an outcast himself due to his red eyes. They began to become close friends and they were introduced to the game of duel monsters together. When Jake was twelve, he had had enough of his parents constant beating of him. After they did it one time during the day, Jake had been fed up with it. He left the little shack his parents lived in and left for the open world. After the first few nights though, Jake began to feel as though he had made the wrong decision. He was hungry, cold, tired, and dirty. He began to lose hope until somebody came into his small town just in time. It was his uncle. His uncle was very different that his parents and he was very well in money. Once he saw Jake on the side of the road, he knew he had to take him in. So he lived with his uncle for five years until that one fateful day. Some robbers broke into his house and killed Jake's uncle right in his house.This forced Jake to move back into his parents house. He didn't stay there long though as he had the exact same suitcase he was able to get from his uncle and took it with him to Crimson Wind Academy. Luckily, his uncle was able to pay his tuition before he was killed. He hopped around a few cars to get to the docks where he saw the beautiful ship that would hopefully take him to a new place where he could get a new start. Before he left though, he was able to talk with Vernon. He didn't want to leave Vernon but he assured him that they both would be fine.
