She also wears a golden cross underneath her shirt that her adopted father gave her. Appearance: White hair, very little muscle. Commonly seen curtsying. Known Relatives: Adopted Father: Father William Matthews Hatcher Adopted Mother(s): Sister April, Sister May, Sister June, and Sister Rachel Biography: Billie was born, like most girls her age, to a mother and father. Unlike most girls her age however, she was abandoned. A newborn left out in a basket in front of a local church, she was taken in by her future father, a pastor named William M. Hatcher, and 4 local nuns, April, May, June, and Rachel. Raised in a local church, one would expect it had affected the girl, and one would be right! The girl is quite religious, but it ISN'T her whole character. She's a bit ditzy and clumsy, and easily shy, but overall she's a good person. Back to the biography! At the humble age of 3, she met a boy by the name of Dante <Last Name Will Be Thought of Later>. It was at this point the two made a stunning realization. They were the only two children in a village numbering around 50 citizens. Dante and Billie both received a formal education by the local sisters, reading, writing and arithmeatic. However, the two children did yearn for something more. Dante had discovered a new game, Duel Monsters! How exciting! He taught the white haired girl how to play, and the two of them quickly learned and advanced in the game. Finally, a chance to show off their skills came. A tournament about 2 miles away was about to begin. The grand prize was a one year free tuition at the prestigious Crimson Wind Academy. As the duels continued, eventually it came down to the finals, Billie and Dante. Billie just barely won the duel against her mentor and rival, Dante. With blessing from her family as well as her close friend, she departed for her next grand adventure.
