Sadly noticing that I haven't answered this yet, I'll address it now.
Demitri, the moderators, and others are free to discuss this here, as well, as I'm doing this on-the-fly.

If you wish to speak in a language other than English on the chat box, you are free to do so in private chat sessions. In Public mode, I'm willing to bend the terms rule a bit and allow it as well, PROVIDED THAT an english translation is provided as a courtesy, if asked.

Personally, you guys could speak any language for all I care - if I wanna know what you said, I'd ask you directly - but yeah, for the sake of others, the debatable rule, now, is if you respond in non-English in the Public area, add an English translation if asked to provide one.

A simple translation shouldn't become an argument at all....
I really believe that this is reasonable.

RULES

Behavior-wise, you all know what is generally expected, whether you've been here for a while, or are new. There's always that level of etiquette that you know is acceptable, and then there's the bit that kind of pushes the safe limit. Ultimately, you are to behave no worse than you would on the forum itself.

And how does me signing in when my computer was frozen an unacceptable level of etiquette again?

Not telling anyone that your computer was frozen until the mods started getting on your case.

Refusing to fix the problem when the mods told you how to fix it.

Saying "Duping isn't against the rules" halfway through instead of sticking to "My computer was frozen." (Especially since comp freeze is a perfectly acceptable reason to make a temporary exception to that rule.)
