Arriving at the Osiris Red dorms, Lawrence casually shook his head from left to right, similar to a dog in an attempt to dry his hair off.

Their seemed to be very few people still awake in the split level complex. Lawrence had no idea where to find his squire, so he figured he'd get to the bottom of it, by literally going to the basement of the building.

After a casual stroll down a small out of the way set of stairs her arrived in the basement, a typical sort of place, that isn't really too worthy of much explanation. It was rather small, about the size of two dorm rooms. Paint was chipping in all sort of places, it was lit pretty poorly, and the lightbulb kept flickering on and off. The windows were quite high up, but if one were to investigate said windows, they'd realize they were actually quite low outside, and a majority of this room was below ground level. None the less, it was still a better home then what Sebeks what were used to.

He looked around at the peculiar contraptions, unaware of what any of them did. A small washing machine, a small dryer, a wobbly chair, a few unplugged arcade games, and one outlet.

He took a seat, wondering if anyone would show up. At the very least, it was warmer and safer then outside.

Vernon reached the area that would lead down to the Rec Room. "Wonderful, stairs." Vernon said as he slowly moved one step at a time. He almost fell once but was able to regain his composure and continue on. He finally reached the bottom. "Whew, finally made it." he said as he walked inside.

Once inside, he moved his red eyes about the small and poorly kept area. "They really need to fix these dorms." Vernon said to himself as he continued to look around at all of the crap in the place. Even though the place was in poor condition, it was a little warmer than the temperature outside the place. "Guess I could chill here for a few minutes." Vernon said as he finally noticed somebody else in the room. He noticed him immediately. "That idiot that kept calling Kenichi his squire." Vernon mumbled under his breath, not happy to see somebody who would downgrade one of his few, if not his only friend. But his displeasure for the Sebek was not enough to make him leave the room. He just kept his red eyes away from him. But if he tried to talk to Vernon the way he did Kenichi, all hell might break loose. Or not, depends on what he said and did.

A sudden CLICKing noise from the door startled the Sebek. He rose quickly out of his chair, a natural reflex, quickly unsheathing his sword and aiming it at the boy. The boy seemed to ignore him, walking towards a corner of the room.

"Oh, it is merely the Handicapped Boy." He said, a rather rude way of addressing him. "Have you seen my squire recently?" He returned the sword to it's holder. As he looked over a pinball machine.

(OOC: Sorry, my character's just a "trigger happy" kind of guy. No offense, m'kay. ^_^)

Vernon knew it was coming. From what he saw in the arena, he knew that the Sebek would be incredible rude to him. He immediately turned to him and glared at him with his eyes. The red coloring seemed to resemble the color of fire now. The fire of anger that we feels deep within him now for the rude Sebek. "You listen here you ignorant punk. You are NOT some kind of knight from the past and you are NOT going to call my best friend a "squire" anymore. You got me? Because if you don't, one of these crutches will end up meeting the side of your face." Vernon warned him, extremely angry now. Being that Kenichi was his only friend, he felt a strong connection between them and wanted to uphold his honor, even where his presence is not there at the moment.

(OOC: ARGH! Keep forgetting to make it green! >_>)

Lawrence laughed. "Listen young Handicapped boy. I do not believe you are in the position to make any demands of me, or threaten me, especially with that broken leg."

He turned his back to the boy, still trying to get the pinball machine to work. He probably wouldn't harm the boy, not right now. He was still an honourable man, and he'd never harm an unarmed Osiris, especially one with a broken leg. However, he wouldn't hesitate to defend himself, if the boy proved himself to be anything more then just a mild annoyance.

"Besides, he is much more important to me then he is to you." Lawrence tried to insert a gold coin into the machine, but the coin seemed much too big.

(OOC: Don't feel bad. I keep forgetting to make it red sometimes.)

"You just showed how ignorant you really are." Vernon said as he crutched over to him. "You think I am scared of you and that sword? Hell, I could care less about that thing. The thing I do care about is you talking down to my friend. And that, is something I take very personally." Vernon said as he picked up one crutch and slammed it on the ground, initiating duel mode and caused four spikes to come out of the sides of it. He pulled it out of the tile he just broke into and poinited it to the pinball machine. He lifted it up over his head and slammed it onto the glass of the machine, cracking it immensely to making it nearly unplayable. He slammed his crutch back on the ground and cut duel mode off.

"Now that I have your attention. As for him being important to you, you are probably needing him to have somebody to boss around like a king. Well guess what, it isn't happening!" Vernon yelled to him, feeling more anger build up but also releasing some of it from the damage he put into the pinball machine. "Nothing is more important to me than the friends I will make here at the Academy. They are the ones that see through my injuries and my irregular eyes and find the true person within me. And I will not stand aside to see one of them be bossed around by the likes of you!" Vernon yelled right in the ear of the Sebek.

(OOC: Woah! And I thought Lawrence was the short tempered one! 0_0)

"Well, to be precisely-" before he could finish his sentiment however, the boy shattered the Pinball machine.

Lawrence brushed the shattered glass off his lapel and his gloves. He prepared to give the boy a stern talking too, but it would appear the short tempered Osiris was rather mad.

Lawrence cleared his throat carefully, thinking his next words carefully. He yawned. "I think you gravely misunderstand what a squire is. Given the right amount of time and training, the Squire will someday excell in chivalry and other knightly duties, and may become a lord or king by his own regard. Besides, he chose this path willingly. I did not force him into anything."

"Now Handicapped boy, do you happen to know where my Squire is?"

(OOC: I think I got a plan for Vernon now. Could be fun to work with. If I can remember it.)

"Listen here boy. Get with the times." Vernon said in a very low voice. "The times of knights and all of that crap is dead and will never return. All you are doing is prolonging a cause that will never come to fruition." Vernon said, still in that low tone. "This squire you speak of will never truely be on your side. I never see anybody who would put up with your crap. All you did is walk around this academy and brandishing that sword to make you look tough. Its too bad for you but that gets old after awhile." Vernon said to him again as he stared him in the eyes. "You are one of the most ignorant, brash. disrespecful...." before Vernon could say another thing, his eyes flashed brighter for a second before turning to their normal color. Vernon immediately dropped his head beside his arm that was holding the crutches. He backed away a little with a pain radiating through his head.
