Organizers:
•Gouki Shinkou

Rules:
•September 2011 TCG Format.
•Players can choose to play each other with either YVD or Dueling Network
•TCG rulings are official for this tournament
•Four of Swiss that will cut to a Top 4 playoff.
•Two days per round with additional time available if requested with a reasonable excuse.
•You can make changes to your deck during the tournament but you need to keep the same deck type.
•Those inactive for two rounds will automatically drop.
•Immediately contact your opponent for the Round via PM, IM, or chat box to set up a time and date to play.
•Unreported Tables after Round closure will be decided by activity.
  • If both parties at a table are inactive and not report prior to round ending - a double match loss will be issued.
  • If both parties at a table are active and do not report prior to round ending - a dice roll or coin flip should solve the problem.
  • If your opponent does not attempt to contact you, forward the PM you sent them to Gouki or Rounin as proof of activeness and attempt of contact.

 By the way guys, there is a method for Side Decking on DN. It may sound tedious but you can get used to it. You just need to include the 15 side cards in your deck before the duel and then banish them all facedown at the start of the duel after returning your hand to your deck. When it is time to side deck, after returning all the cards to deck and resetting LP, you can add the cards from the Side Deck to the deck and banish the ones you want to exclude facedown.
