Here's just the info itself. Regarding the "dual plot" and unlocking areas... The areas are "unlocked" (so to speak) depending on your accounts rank. Dormer, Rank 4 = Simply put, your character is confined on the island until Rank 4, and that's when the entire city is unlocked. Commuter, Rank 1 = Whatever parts of the city you see are available. You are given access to ONLY the parts under "Main Building". COmmuter, Rank 2 = Whatever parts of the city you see are available. You are also given access to most of the "Dorms and Facilities" section (except dorms). You're not allowed into a dorm unless you're invited. Commuter, Rank 3 = Full acess to Docks, Southern Beach, and the Woods. COmmuter, Rank 4 = Full access to everything
