Right, my biggest issue would be in execution, in that I don't know whether or not people would be willing to RP out their character... hanging out with other characters and being organized... or whatever, since more OOC-ness may be needed too.

If you want, that could be Gouki's thing for the festival! 0_0 Host a tournament. Five bucks to enter. Grand prize is a quarter of what he collected. A quarter of what he collects goes to the school. Half goes into Gouki's pocket because he's a [Censored By The Board of Ethics and Standards]
