Since my unexpected absence many things have changed. In my opinion they have been for the best. Rina, from what I have seen you are doing an excelent job. I have more to say but I'm not sure how to phrase it. When the dust settled I remained the only one of the 3 original Administrators with access to the Admin CP. This is mainly because it is the first account created on the forum and thus it's power can not be removed nor can the account be deleted. Thus concerns may be raised that I might use it to interfere. Have no worries in that area. I know and have always know that I am not a leader. I'm not good at running forums or coming up with good plans for the future. From the start I knew I couldn't handle this position. Thus I am happy that I am no longer responsible for the forum. However this particular account is and will remain my responsibility. However I will not use any of it's power. On to the future. For now I am done with roleplaying. I've said this before so I have no doubt that someday I will return. However with the time I have available it is too much for me to stay up with the changing trends in the game and with the RP. Thus after I finish role playing my current duel Luthien the character will vanish. I myself may log on from time to time just to watch but from this point onward I will be for the most part a lurker. If for any reason any of you feel a need to contact me the best way to do it will be through my email address lkliveson@hotmail.com I'm no good at thanking people individually so I will do it with a blanket. You all know who you are. Many of you have been my friends over the time we have know each other. Some of us may not have always gotten along I at times may have seemed distant from what was going on. Though I'm sure some of you may have noticed it I'm going to pass on this little piece of information. The Luthien you have come to know is insane. Clinically that is. I'm not a wack job of any kind but by law I am considered to be insane. According to my shrink who is quite a bitch I might add. I'm extremely anti-social and manic deppresive. Essentially I have a hard time being around people and feeling like I fit in. I don't make or keep friends easily and I often ignore the things that cheer me up. Instead focusing on the negatives. However I also have a deep grained need to be recognized. I need to feel like I am known and respected. And this is the source of my depression. Because I probably will never be as well known as I crave to be. I hope I havn't scared or confused any of you with this look into my soul. However it's something I've been needing to say for a long long time. And thanks to the anonymity of the internet I can post this. Live with no regrets, no hatred, and look for the better things in life. Because it's all you have and will ever recieve. Cheers and Goodwill. Sorry to hear you won't be around as much, but I just have two little things to point out/ask: 1) Not that I personally have a problem with you being an admin, however don't you have a "non-admin" account as well? http://s1.zetaboards.com/Crimson_Wind_Academy/profile/31022/ 2) Are you sure you want to go on with the duel? I mean, the RP-topic could just as easily end with "Hey look! A distractions! *runs*" I mean, mostly for me, since I would wish for my second character to be doing something rather then waiting on a turn that'll come weeks and weeks later. And... that's it! Sorry if this post seems to be a little... complain-y. >_> |
