World's Greatest Rockin' Duelin' Prosecutor!
|
:|Character Information|:. Name: Klavier Gavin Age: 24 Dorm: Obelisk Blue Grade/Year: Can I be a teacher? (Teacher) Gender: Male Race: German-ish...? Height: six feet Weight: 180 lbs Eye Color: Blue Hair Color: Blond Defining Characteristics: Nothing, really. Appearance: ![]() Known Relatives: Kristoph Gavin (currently in prison, ex-defense attorney) Biography: In Germany, on a beautiful warm midnight (exactly!), another Gavin was born. Klavier was his name, born in Germany, twenty four years ago. He had two loving parents, and an older brother, Kristoph. What more could he want? But in later years, Kristoph left for the United States, to begin a career at law. Klavier never really enjoyed law studies much, but he did find it interesting. But the apple of his eye was only one thing. Playing the guitar. Klavier was naturally gifted at playing the guitar, and he spent years of his life playing. But at the young age of twelve, Klavier was at a friend's house when his parents were brutally murdered. Nothing could have been worse.... But he was mistaken. During the trial for the accused, the defense had successfully defended the culprit. In his heart, Klavier knew it was the accused, his uncle. All of the malicious hatred displayed over the young years of his life were proof. Btu the defense kept him safe. That spurred Klavier to hate the defense. How dare a man defend the very person who killed his parents? But with nothing left behind, seeing as how there was no written will, Klavier had nothing. His brother, Kristoph, invited Klavier to live with him. So Klavier took his guitar and came to the United States to live with Kristoph. However, he was shocked to find out that Kristoph as well was a defense attorney. But he had kept it inside. After all, there was only one defense attorney that deserved punishment. Phoenix Wright. Five years in the United States helped Klavier. At only the young age of fifteen, and Klavier had already been playing guitar like a professional in the United States. What more, two years later, Klavier officially had a band named the "Gavinners", and was a licensed Prosecutor. And finally, on his debut appearance in the courtroom, Klavier managed to defeat Phoenix Wright, and have him stripped of his attorney's badge. From there on, Klavier never showed up in court. All he did was focus on his band. But secretly, Klavier had found a game that was almost as fun as rocking out. Duel Monsters. Klavier, having the wealth he had, was able to pay a visit to Herr Pegasus to have the creator himself tell him about the game. With Klavier's wealth also came expensive and powerful decks. And for seven long years, he played duel monsters in the day, and guitar at night. However, news reached him about a certain defense attorney who landed a guilty verdict on Klavier's older brother, Kristoph! What more, he worked under Phoenix Wright. How very amusing! Klavier had decided to come back into court to see just how good this defense attorney is. And the first case he had against this attorney, Apollo Justice, revolved around the death of a doctor who had failed to remove the bullet from the accused. Another injustice, and the truth must be found! Klavier pushed and pushed, but found Herr Forehead able to hold his own, showing the real murderer. Before the verdict was even given, Klavier had found the real murderer, and worked with Herr Forehead to expose her. The second case had been more personal. It was a murder in his own concert! An outrage! Once again, he pushed to find the verdict, and Herr Forehead and his Fraulein managed to find the real killer, along with Klavier. Klaiver could not believe this. Not once, but twice, had this attorney able to find true justice. Maybe even being under Wright didn't make him so bad...? And the third case really took it's toll on Klavier. A blast from the past, having a daughter accused of poisoning her father. Amazingly enough, in just two days, Herr Forehead was able to find the culprit of seven years. Yes, seven years ago, Kristoph had planted a death sign at the victim, and it took seven years to take it's toll. Klavier finally understood the truth. Kristoph planted things into Phoenix Wright, which he told Klavier to expose, and had Phoenix Wright stripped of his badge. That was unjust, and NOT justice! Klavier had finally decided. Justice in the courtroom was more important than covering for his insane brother. He worked alongside Herr Forehead one more time to finally expose the truth over the past seven years. And it seemed that Klavier's defeat of Phoenix Wright didn't really count in the end, as he was planted with forged evidence. But in any case, the case took a huge toll on Klavier. A tortured soul looked for a way out. And it found one. As Klavier was packing his things to leave the United States, he found a flier for Crimson Wind Academy. It was hiring teachers. Klavier thought it over. True, he had been playing Duel Monsters for over seven years now, but was he qualified to teach? Five seconds gave him the answer. He was knowledgeable enough about dueling, prosecuting, and rocking the world. There was no way he would get turned down. And so, the private jet to Japan, and luxurious ride brought the world's best rockin' dueling prosecutor to Crimson Wind. Contact Information: YubelEyes@aol.com Please accept this. We need new teachers anyways... Edited by Klavier Gavin, May 18 2008, 07:24 PM.
