Yukio stood up and walked over to where they were dueling. "The name's Yukio and yourself? He asked. "Ok I start and I draw! For my first turn I place a card Face-Down. Your turn!" |

My name is Vernon he said as he drew his beginning hand. Interesting start he said quietly to himself. I'll start off by playing the spell known as Blaze Accelerator and I will use it's effect immediately. I send Volcanic Shell from my hand to the grave. This destroys your monster.Vernon explain as Yukio's Bountiful Artemis was sent to the grave. Now, I will summon Solar Flare Dragon in attack mode. But because I activated Accelerator, I cannot attack this turn. Although, you do take 500 points of damage during my end phase for Solar's effect. I end to you.

Damn a loss of Life points in a turn.... Yukio thought to himself "Ok I draw this card, and set one face down card." The hologram appeared on the playing field. "And I summon Meltiel, Sage of the Sky in attack mode!" Meltiel, Sage of the Sky appeared on the field ready to kill. "Now attack Vernon's Solar Flare Dragon!" Meltiel, Sage of the Sky rushed forward and struk the dragon dealing a lousy 100 damage.
"I end my turn there Vernon." I wonder what I will be up against next turn... Edited by Yukio Jigoro, May 23 2008, 05:15 AM.

Vernon felt a tingle in his leg as he took the 100 life point hit. Not a bad start, I draw. he said as he drew a card.I will send my Blaze Accelerator to the grave to upgrade it to the Tri-Blaze Accelerator! he said as he swapped out the cards. Now I activate my Tri-Blaze. By sending another Volcanic Shell to the grave, I can destroy your monster. Vernon said as he sent Shell to the grave and Meltiel was destroyed. Now, I summon Volcanic Rocket and its effect lets me get a Blaze Accelerator from my grave. He summoned the Rocket and went in search of his Accelerator and ended his turn. Oh, and in case you didn't know, you take 500 more damage from Tri-Blaze.

Great, I'll get the chance to see what my roommate is using Still waiting his hot chocolate, he runs through his various tips and tricks inside his PDA. He opened a file that was about a new type of monster, Synchro and Tuner.

"I draw!" Yukio drew his card that and then he decided to play his card. "Seeing I have 2 light monsters in my graveyard, I will remove them from play to summon my Soul of Purity and Light!" The monster appeared on the field. "I attack your monster!"

((OOC: Thats a long enough wait for me. I will just RP what happened the next two turns since Yukio hasn't said anything.)) Yukio drew his card and looked at it with minimal time. I summon my Harvest Angel of Wisdom in attack mode! he said with force as he put the card down on his duel disk. Not so fast! Vernon replied quickly as he flipped up one of his facedowns. I play my trap, Torrential Tribute! he said as Harvest Angel of Wisdom and Soul of Purity and Light was put from Yukio's field to the grave. With no monsters on his field, he ended his turn to Vernon. Vernon drew his card and thought over his turn for a second. Well, this turn won't be any different. I set a card facedown and hand play back to you Yukio. Vernon said as he felt something big was about to happen. |
