Demon of Hate / Storm Wolf
|
(OOC: Finally posted this ****) The virtual dice rolled to determine who would get the first move. Storm Wolf rolled a 3, allowing him to go first due to Sean only rolling a 2. Wolf was still experimenting with the card that recently released known as Moray of Greed in the event. After drawing for the Draw Phase, Wolf activated it by sending a Mother Grizzly and a Hydrogeddon back to the deck to shuffle and then draw 3 cards. Disappointment arose in the thoughts of the yellow-eyed duelist due to the cards he drew from the Spell Card. His only options were to set two Spell/Traps without playing any monsters. The turn came to the Hero of CWA as he drew for his turn. Quickly after the card was drawn, Wolf activated his Trap Card, Trap Dustshoot. Holograms that showed the cards in Sean’s hands revealed to be Elemental Hero Neos Alius; Honest; Skill Drain; Gold Sarcophagus; and Rose, Warrior of Revenge. The yellow-eyed professional pointed his finger at Honest as it was the only card that he believes he would have trouble dealing with. The Ra Yellow duelist activated Gold Sarcophagus which materialized a golden coffin behind the Hero. Storm Wolf examined his opponent’s Removed from Play pile and it would seem that Miracle Fusion was chosen to be added to the hand in two turns. Neos Alius (LV4 1900 ATK) was summoned from Sean’s hand, but Bottomless Trap Hole was chained in response, shattering Neos Alius into countless pixels. The turn ended with a set Spell/Trap. It was Wolf’s turn as he drew his next card. His hand was still disappointing, only being able to set another Spell/Trap before ending his turn. Sean started his turn after drawing for the Draw Phase by summoning Elemental Hero Stratos (LV4 1800 ATK) and activates its second effect to add an Elemental Hero Ocean to his hand. Sean declared a direct attack with his Stratos, dealing 1800 direct damage with the blue warrior’s wind striking Storm Wolf. (Storm Wolf: 5900) It was Wolf’s turn again. He summoned Deep Sea Diva (LV2 200/400) and activated its effect to Special Summon another from the deck in Defense Position. Next, Wolf pays 800 Life Points to activate Brain Control to take control of his opponent’s monster. The black-haired professional knew very well that the set Spell/Trap was a Bottomless Trap Hole, but this was the only way to get rid of both it and the Stratos. Deep Sea Diva was tuned with Stratos to Synchro Summon Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth (LV6 2600 ATK). Of course Sean replied by activating his Bottomless Trap Hole, which destroyed and removed the Gaia Knight from play. (Storm Wolf: 5100) The turn passed back to Sean and the hologram of Gold Sarcophagus shined brightly as the Miracle Fusion was added to his hand. After the hologram of the card vanished, Elemental Hero Ocean was summoned to the field (LV4 1500 ATK). The hero of water sliced the pink Sea-Serpent with his staff, destroying the Tuner monster in battle. Wolf could not do anything when his turn passed back to him, so he decided to end his turn without playing a new card. Sean summoned his Rose, Warrior of Revenge to the field (LV4 1600 ATK) and tuned it with his Ocean to Synchro Summon his Stardust Dragon (LV8 2500 ATK). The Hero of CWA followed by activating his Miracle Fusion by removing from play his Stratos and Ocean from the Graveyard to Fusion Summon Elemental Hero Absolute Zero (LV8 2500 ATK). Sean declared his direct attack with Stardust Dragon, but Wolf chained his Mirror Wall in the Damage Step. The white flames still hit him, but he only took half of the damage. Absolute Zero did its own direct attack shortly after by slicing Wolf with its frozen blades which got reduce to half by Mirror Wall’s protection. At the end of the turn, the second Gold Sarcophagus was played and Future Fusion was selected to be added to the hand in two turns and a Spell/Trap was also set. (Storm Wolf: 2600) It was now Wolf’s turn again and he decided to not pay 2000 Life Points to keep it active on the field, thus it breaks into pixels. He had a strategy that can get rid of both of the monsters. Storm Wolf activated Heavy Storm with the intention of baiting out the Stardust. Sean did what Wolf predicted by having the white dragon glow white and charge right into the Heavy Storm, sending both to the graveyard without the Spell/Trap being destroyed. With Stardust out of the way, the yellow-eyed duelist was successfully able to destroy Absolute Zero by activating the Spell card, Smashing Ground. There were no monsters on Wolf’s side of the field, so Zero’s effect did not do anything. The Deep Sea Divas from Storm Wolf’s Graveyard were removed from play in order to Special Summon his key card, Fenrir (LV4 1400 ATK). The red-eyed grey wolf appeared out of a mist that was created from the souls of the Divas that were removed. Storm Wolf declared a direct attack with his favorite monster as it lunged at Sean to slash him with its sharp claws. The turn was ended after a Spell/Trap was set. Stardust Dragon was revived during the End Phase on Sean’s side of the field. (Sean: 6600) It was now Sean’s turn and he flipped his set Skill Drain by paying 1000 Life Points. He declared his attack with Stardust Dragon; however a second Mirror Wall was flipped during the Damage Step to reduce the dragon’s attack by half. The beast leaped at the white dragon to destroy it in battle with its fangs. Thanks to the Skill Drain that was active on the Hero duelist’s field, Fenrir’s effect to skip the next Draw Phase was negated. (Sean: 5450) It was now Wolf’s turn again and he refused the payment for his second Mirror Wall as it also broke into pixels like the previous one. The wolf attacked Sean with a direct attack again with its claws. The turn ended with another Spell/Trap set. (Sean: 4050) The Gold Sarcophagus shined brightly and vanished as Future Fusion was added to Sean’s hand. It was then activated right after being added by the Ra Yellow revealing the second Absolute Zero in his Extra Deck to allow him to send a Dragon Ice and an Elemental Hero Neos Alius from the deck to the Graveyard. Wolf’s yellow eyes widened as he witness his opponent activate the Spell Card, Miracle Fusion, by removing the same monsters sent to the Graveyard by Future Fusion from play to Fusion Summon the second Absolute Zero who gained 500 more ATK because of Fenrir, a Water monster, being face-up on the field (LV8 3000 ATK). The attack of Zero was declared and the gray wolf was frozen solid after being sliced by the arm blades that the Ice Hero used before exploding into pixels afterward. (Storm Wolf: 1500) During Wolf’s turn, all he could do was set a monster before passing his turn. Sean’s Absolute Zero attacked the set monster that appeared to be Legendary Jujitsu Master (LV3 1800 DEF). The one-eyed karate master grabbed the monster’s blade with its hand. As the Rock-Type monster was freezing, its red eye shined brightly before it froze completely and dispersed into pixels. Green energy surrounded the Hero of CWA’s key card as it vanished from the field back into the Extra Deck. When it was the professional duelist’s turn, he activated Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy the Future Fusion before it could activate in the next turn. He needed to draw a monster in order to turn the tables and hope his opponent doesn’t draw a monster before him. Sean passed his next turn after drawing, Wolf followed by doing the same thing, and Sean passed another turn as both players still haven’t drawn any cards to use. Storm Wolf finally drew a playable card and summoned his Mother Grizzly. The black bear slashed at Sean with its paws before the turn was over. It was now Sean’s turn to reply. (Sean: 2650) |

The Hero had simply raised his right arm in response to the incoming attack. He surveyed the field in front of him. The mother grizzly and of course, the set spell or trap. "I feel the end shall be soon" he commented whilst drawing a card. He eyed it and then inserted it into the spell and trap zone. A typhoon burst from Sean's side of the field and ravaged Wolf's face down Moray of Greed. He then smirked once more "With Cyber Dragon's effect he can special summon himself when I control no monsters and you control at least one" The cybernetic dragon rose onto the field and gave out a mechanical growl. "My dragon will attack your mother grizzly!" the Dragon shot a beam of light at the bear. With no response from the icey duelist Sean knew he would end this now. "I'll activate my Honest from in hand, I believe someone of your calibur knows what it does!" An angel like figure hovered behind cyber dragon increasing the attack by 1400 points. It wiped out the water creature and the remainder of Wolf's life points. (Sean: 2650) (Wolf: 0000) Edited by Sean Littell, Oct 30 2009, 06:11 PM.
