Demon of Hate / Storm Wolf
|
A virtual 6-sided dice for each player rolled to determine who would get the opening move. Storm Wolf rolls a 5 which defeated Alistair’s dice roll who rolled a 1. Sol drew his opening hand of 6 cards from his deck to start off the first turn of the game. He placed a set monster on the center of his Monster Zones with two set Spell/Traps taking up the center and right of the center of his Spell/Trap Zones. Alistair drew his card to begin his turn; however Wolf activated his Trap Dustshoot while it was still the Draw Phase. The hand consisted of Lightsworn cards which notified the professional duelist of what he was playing against. Celestia, Lightsworn Angel was selected to return to the deck. The Obelisk student ended his turn with a set monster. Storm Wolf drew a card to start his next turn. By looking at his opponent’s hand through Trap Dustshoot, it was most likely that that set monster was Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter. Wolf Flip Summoned his set Skreech which materialized as a green lizard (LV4 1500 ATK). Followed up was the Normal Summon of Deep Sea Diva (LV2 200 ATK) whose effect was activated in order to Special Summon another one from the deck. One of the Deep Sea Divas tuned with the Skreech in order to Synchro Summon Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth (LV6 2600 ATK). Summoning any other LV6 Synchro monster would be foolish since this was to obtain a LV8 Synchro monster. The last Diva on the field tuned with the Gaia Knight in order to Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon (LV8 2500 ATK). The white dragon fired its white flames at the set monster who indeed was Ryko. The white beast fired a sphere of light at Stardust but it ran into the Lightsworn monster, causing both to vanish into pixels. By the end of the turn, Stardust Dragon materialized back to the field. It was now Alistair’s turn and he activated Charge of the Light Brigade to send Judgment Dragon; Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner; and Ryko, Lightsworn Beast from top of the deck to the Graveyard after drawing for his turn. Shortly after, Lumina from the deck was added to the hand. Another Charge of the Light Brigade was activated and this time Heavy Storm, Ryko, and Marshmallon were sent to the Graveyard for Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress to be added to the Obelisk student’s hand. Lyla was Normal Summoned to the field and its controller attempted to activate her effect to destroy the Spell/Trap that was still on Wolf’s side of the field. Wolf responded by having Stardust run into Lyla for both to be sent to the graveyard to avoid the destruction. Stardust Dragon ascended once again to the field in the end of the turn. The baton now was passed to Storm Wolf who drew for his turn. Another Skreech was Normal Summoned to the field and both it and Stardust Dragon attacked Wolf’s opponent directly, cutting off half of his Life Points. (Alistair’s Life Points: 4000) It was now time for the student to begin his next turn. |

"Interesting." Akane had her eyes on Alistair's moves from the beginning. And while she could understand setting the Ryko before Stardust Dragon even appeared, she did appear to wonder about one thing. "Summoning the Lightsworn Sorceress, ...then having it destroyed by Stardust Dragon. ...Did he already forget about the dragon's effect?" Or was he planning something all along? |

Demon of Hate / Storm Wolf

(OOC: I was going to let Rou post his last move, but since he’s taking too long, I will do it myself.) It was now Alistair’s turn and he activated the Spell Card, Charge of the Light Brigade, to send Wulf, Lightsworn Beast; DUCKER Mobile Cannon; and Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress from the top of the deck to the Graveyard in order to add a Lyla from the deck to the hand after drawing for the Draw Phase. Wulf (LV4 2100 ATK) was Special Summoned from the Graveyard to the field due to being sent to the Graveyard by Charge of the Light Brigade. Alistair commanded the white werewolf to attack Skreech, so it swung its large halberd at the green lizard to explode it into many pixels. Due to Skreech’s monster effect, Wolf was allowed to send Dragon Ice and Deep Sea Diva from his deck to the Graveyard. The turn ended after Alistair played a monster in Face-Down Defense Position. (Storm Wolf’s Life Points: 7400) It was now time for Storm Wolf to finish the game after he drew his card in the Draw Phase. Hydrogeddon (LV4 1600 ATK) was Normal Summoned to the field and was then commanded to attack the set monster on the opponent’s field. The dinosaur that consisted of only liquid fired a torrent of water from its mouth to destroy the monster that revealed to be a DUCKER Mobile Cannon. The effect of Hydrogeddon then activated due to destroying the Star Wars wannabe which Special Summoned another from the deck to the field. The white dragon fired its white flames at Wulf, thus destroying it in battle. The newly summoned Hydrogeddon attacked the Obelisk student directly after the Lightsworn Beast was destroyed by Stardust Dragon. The Charismatic Wonder still had 2400 Life Points left, but Wolf activated his Trap Card, Call of the Haunted, to Special Summon Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth (LV6 2600 ATK) that was used to Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon from the Graveyard. The knight impaled Alistair with both spears to grant victory to the yellow-eyed professional player.
