"Ladies and gentlemen, your attention please." Miss Kim was standing at one end of the cafeteria. Most students were down for breakfast, though some had opted to skip the first meal of the day. Miss Kim had determined that it was the best time to make the announcement. "Some of you might recall the Professional Duelist Overlord Z. He was one of the professionals who visited the academy earlier in the semester. He has invited any interested students to his mansion in Silvershine this afternoon for a special tournament. I would like anyone who wants to participate to meet me in the hotel lobby at noon." She remained there for any questions the students might have. |

Through sheer coincidence, Lex happened to be at the cafeteria when Miss Kim made her announcement. Modestly having cereal, an egg sandwich, and orange juice for breakfast, he listened in on what the supervising professor had to say. "A tournament...? So soon? ...." Though, from what he heard, questions had to be asked. Lexington Adams was among the students to raise their hands to have their asked. Though, do to the importance of his own, in his mind, he spoke up before being called on. "Professor! ...It's a bit sudden to be invited to a tournament, isn't it? Do you know what this is about? And if we do take him up on his callenge, how much time will we have afterward to get our things (luggage, etc)) in order... before catching the boat back to the academy, tonight." This is all under the assumption that the students weren't aware of the departure date change. If that isn't the case, consider the second question unsaid. |

Miss Kim nodded at the Obelisk students question. "I've discussed the matter with the headmaster, and he thinks that this is a good opportunity. As such, we're extending our stay until tomorrow morning. Whether you use this time to compete against Z's team or simply to visit the rest of the sights in the city is up to you." She smiled, knowing that she left part of his inquiry unanswered. |

Lex, after a moment, realized that only the length of their stay was touched upon in her reply. He arched a brow discreetly, when he noticed. He considered bringing it up again, but shrugged it off, deciding to leave it be. The most problematic part had been covered, anyhow. The professor would be taking more questions if there are any. |
