Name: Ranei Kouten Age: 13 Dorm: Unknown Grade/Year: 1st Race: Unknown Height: 5' 8'' Weight: 156lb Eye Color: Brown Hair Color: Brown Defining Characteristics: A huge scar on his right hand Appearance: Ranei has spiked hair, but not too spiked. He has an average-sized eyebrows in which they curve downwards more often, making his look a little sinister and cool. He has averaged size eyes, nose, and mouth. He wears a jacket that's the color of dark brown. His shirt within are of a color of really dark blue, and his pants are really dark green. He contains his duel deck, and his cell phone in his pocket. Personality: His personality can be quite a mystery. He has an attitude that's calm, serious, and pretty cold. He never jokes at anytime, and carries out life in a quiet way. When he's in a dangerous case, he wastes no time in getting out of it in a duel. He always thinks through his ideas, and is sometimes impulsive and times on recklessness. He is very generous though, when it comes to stealing, he gives it to the poor. He is very good at engineering and never sells out his friends, no matter what the cost is. Known Relatives: None Biography: Born in Domino City, Ranei was a person who lived in his own well and decent life, as his parents were working as one of Domino City's new construction mappers to make the place grow. When he was 6 years old, he got his first duel deck and started to learn from his parents. But, just after a day when he was given his deck, his parents died from an incident as some thieves had wanted to steal a secret document, involving the whole city's constructions. Because of this, Ranei was orphaned in New Domino City. Ranei's personality changes as his age progresses up in the orphanage. Learning quickly, he was an advanced in all subjects in his school, and learned through engineering just at the age of 11. He started to make a lot of friends, but, he realizes that he was making a gang, so, decided to only hang out with the people a little less. In the orphanage, his dueling skills were above average, as in his orphanage, he wins duel very often. He studies a lot often, and usually goes to buy some packs. Then, he was suddenly given the card for Stardust Dragon for some mysterious reason as some person just went up to him and gave him the card. Before Ranei could question about it, the person then ran away. Ranei, believing that the card was cursed, decides not to use it, until one incident. The same burglars that killed his parents broke into the orphanage for some money and hostages, and recruitment for their gang by taking children. Realizing it was the same people, Ranei was filled with anger. Putting the Stardust Dragon into his deck, Ranei beats every one of the duel gangs, including the leader, and they were all caught and sent to jail. At the process, Stardust Dragon was suddenly taken by one of the Polices due to their suspicion. Ranei started to protest, but, they didn't care and immediately went away. Because of Ranei's huge dueling skill, he was then sent to duel academy at the age of 13. (Part's going to be written soon...)(The biography is still going to be elaborated) (Ranei has also learned to fight by beating up duel gangs when it comes to wasting his time). Amusing story. However, despite the inconsistencies within this RP, we're still roughly in the GX era, so "New" Domino City hasn't happened, yet. I'd go as far as saying the same about "Sector Security," specifically, too. So Domino (or some other made-up) city will work just fine., yet, we have access to all available Tuners and Synchros.... ^_^' Aside from that, has anyone that knows Ranei ever wondered what race he is? You should probably have some (educated) guesses mentioned. .... ...I feel like there's something else... but I'm drawing blanks at the moment. What do you think, Dani, Billie? |

For race, it should at least have what he looks like, just so everyone has some sort of picture in their mind as to what he looks like beyond what you've specifically told us in Appearance. Yeah, it'd be best to go with a made-up city, but Domino probably works fine. If Stardust Dragon is actually cursed and has some special powers, then you'll have to wait a bit before adding it into the story (with Staff permission). The reason is that we used to have a lot of problems with powercreep, and it wasn't long before everyone needed powers to stay on par with the other people they encountered. It really wasn't any fun to RP like that. We're keeping extra powers a little more controlled in the hopes that that does not happen again. |

And whose fault was THIS? I mean, it's not like SOME PEOPLE in staff weren't the main people who had said hax. <_< I wonder which plot line THAT could've been. Hell, I wonder which plot line that type of idea would remind me of. Couldn't have been the one that two of the current staff members ran several months past its death date. <_< |
