It had seemed Rina had more to say, but Rose's sudden intrusion had cut her off. Miss Kim would have to find out later, but she wasn't too concerned. "Hello, Rosaline. You can have a seat if you'd like." Rose nodded repeatedly and sat down across from Rina. After catching her breath for a moment, she asked, "Is anyone else coming?" |

Rina built up a smile of uncertainty. "Maybe, but I can't really say for sure or not. ...Maybe they came between when I went back to the hotel and now - Dunno..." she shrugged. The answer was a simple one, but out of habit, she extended it with details. |

Another minute or so went by as they waited for the doctor to finish. Eventually Aoi's voice could be heard from down the hallway. "I'm just glad to be finally getting out of here." Hearing the voice, Rose looked eagerly down to the end of the waiting room. Doctor Swan rounded the corner, pushing the wheelchair that Aoi sat in. She had broken both of her legs as well as one of her arms in the accident, and therefore had several casts. "... Emily..." Rose murmured weakly. Aoi gave her a quick glare. "That's about all I can do for her, since she's been so adamant about leaving," the doctor said. "But, please let me know if anything happens. You have my cell number, Miss Kim." Miss Kim nodded and stood up. "I'll keep you informed." She then turned to the other two. "Rina, Rosaline, let's take Aoi back to the hotel. I can drive you there." |

Hearing Aoi's voice, Rina also looked towards the end of the hall and waited until the wheelchaired girl and the good doctor came into view. Rina, subconsciously restrained, called out to her. "---! Aoi...!" She leaned forward and smiled as naturally as she could, glad to see her, but seeing her friend in a wheelchair, with multiple casts, ...it hit the redhead mentally. Rose also spoke, but it seemed to have a different tone and volume. Hearing it, with her head towards Aoi, Rina shifted her eyes in the opposite direction at Rose. She didn't understand what she had heard, and was curious... but ultimately, she figured Rose was just having a hard time seeing Emily/Aoi in the state that she was. The firefly's eyes returned their focus to Aoi, who soon glared in their direction. "--...! ...? ...." Photgraphic memory kicking in, she realized that the glare was not directly at herself, but to Rose. "...? What was that about," she wondered, turning her head to the pink-haired girl. Listening to Miss Kim and Doctor Swan quickly converse, Rina stood up in turn, following suit to the supervisor-professor. Getting her instructions, "Mm. Right.," Rina approached Aoi. "...!!!" She remembered as she stood before the injured student. "Oh right: left my bag in the room!" To Aoi directly, she said, "I'll be right back; just gonna go grab it, okay?" Following that, Rina hurried off to the hospital room where she had left it, leaving present company behind to their own devices for the time being.... ----------- Once she had regained her bag-o-stuff, "Got it. That was it, right? .... Alright, Aoi, Rose, and Ms. Kim are waiting; gotta hurry back. .... ...--! ...?" ...Another thought arose. "...Wait a minute...."
".... ...." .... Rina cupped her chin in thought as she and her bag left the room. ----------- "Okay, I'm back! Sorry! Almost forgot I left this there." Rina powerwalked towards the group. Taking her time to 'get behind the wheel,' she spoke to the blue-haired Obelisk. "Alrighty; it's time to get outta here...! All set to go, Aoi?" She asked from behind, holding the wheelchair's handles. |
