Name: Demitri Reyveirnacus (also responds to "Ry") Age: 18 (Level Up!) Dorm: Obelisk Blue Grade/Year: 1st Race: Unknown Height: 6' 10" (Level Up!) Weight: 280 lbs Eye Color: Blue Hair Color: Black/Brown Defining Characteristics: Tattoo of black dragon on back, a scar across his throat about 6 inches in length, Immense Physical Strength (not like...insanely inhuman strong...but what you'd expect from such a sturdy young personage) Appearance: Demitri's skin is deeply tanned, due to excessive exposure to the sun during his travels. Despite being in excellent physical condition, he tends to wear loose, baggy clothes that hide any sort of definition from those he encounters (whether this is done out of preference or otherwise is unknown). He's extremely self-conscious of the scar on his neck, and as such tends to wear shirts with a high neckline (often reaching to just below his chin). The shirts and pants he wears tend to be black, and often contain multiple pockets, both hidden and otherwise. Wears coats of a variety of colors, but all of them share 2 similar characteristics. The first is that they're designed in the fashion of a fairly heavyweight Greatcoat. The second is that they all have at least a single dragon embedded into the back, sleeves, and/or outer trim. Accessories (such as the pendant around his neck) share the same dragon theme as his coats. His Duel Disk, a self-crafted monstrosity of a machine, is adhered to his left arm, and concealed beneath the loose sleeves of his coat. When revealed, the main body swings into position with a heavy groan, sounding akin to a dragon roaring violently. With a body molded of heavy black steel, with the restraints that keep it in place reaching far up his arm almost to the shoulder, it more resembles an instrument of death than an advanced holographic projector. Known Relatives: Unknown Biography: A wanderer by nature, Demitri travels the world gathering intelligence on life, the universe, and everything. He prefers to keep personal information to himself, going to great lengths not to delve into his personal life when meeting new people, and avoiding questions pertaining to such. This is simply a personal preference, and has nothing to do with past experiences or the like. To fund this eccentric lifestyle, he often works as a jack-of-all-trades in the places he visits, staying only long enough to make enough to continue his travels. Though it's all simply a means to an end, he takes great pride in the work he does, and as such the quality of the work he does is top notch. His physical appearance tends to be quite intimidating, but he's a rather gentle sort for the most part. He enjoys finding ways to make peoples lives better, despite the fact that he claims to highly dislike people in general. Opting to take the more strategic route in battle, he tends to avoid direct confrontation and instead lets his intellect and experience win his fights for him. This approach to conflict has seemed to work well, too, garnering him quite a few friends and allies in places where many dare not tread. During his travels, he came across the game of Duel Monsters, and quickly found himself fascinated with the game. With a strong background in strategy and a keen analytical mind, he constantly proves to be a strong opponent for those who cross his path. He came to the academy after a chance meeting with a rather...strange...individual. Why he decided to come, or whether he plans on staying, remain to be seen. FAST-FORWARD TO CURRENT ARC... Having made Crimson Wind Academy his home for several months, Demitri's 'lone wolf' personality has been cast aside for a more mellow, easy going persona. Quickly making a name for himself as a reliable sort that's up for just about any task, it wasn't long before his wide variety of acquired skills would be put into use once more. Taking on a myriad of different jobs during his stay, including janitorial assistant, waiter, Dock worker, delivery man, cashier, and bodyguard, he's managed to keep himself busy...while simultaneously remaining out of the public eye for the most part. However...there ARE several people that have caught his eye during the first few weeks of his stay, and continue to occupy his thoughts more often than not. Granted...these thoughts are often of a rather violent nature, due to the fluffy one's inexplicable ability to strike several nerves at once, or the azure-haired maiden's pompous...yet at the same time admirable...personality. ...And then there's Rina. Currently, the relationship between the two of them is unknown...but it has been proven that he will go out of his way time and again to assist her when able. And that he's more than once become rather aggressive, should he feel her safety being jeopardized. Genuine feelings coming into bloom? Or merely 'Big Brother' syndrome? Only time will tell...
