As the train came into view, there was one student who seemed eager to get there. His name being Vernon. He, dressed in all red except for his black jeans, eagerly awaited as the train slowed down while entering its final destination. When the train stopped and the doors opened, he was the first off of the train as he looked around at the monstorous academy. He waited to see if anybody else would come off of the train after him |

Kenichi waited until everyone had left the compartment, before he tucked his cloak tight, slowly rose from his seat and dragged his bag out of the train. "So this is Crimson Wind Academy, hope it will meet my expectation." Kenichi talked to himself. Then he saw a figure of a person, all in red except for his jeans. A strange choice of attire. At least it matches his hair. That red hair is unnatural. Probably dyed. Kenichi thought. He saw that the person is looking around, trying to find something. He decided not to bother him, and start walking. |

Vernon was looking around until he remembered that he had not gotten a duel disk. He tried to remember where he was supposed to get one when he finally recalled an announcement
Vernon had to quickly get on the train again and retrieve his disk. He quickly dropped his suitcase and ran back to the train. He noticed another person wrapped in a cloak. Vernon was a little confused about why he would be in a cloak but he did not have time. He got on the train as soon as it was rolling backwards to return to the station it came from. He went to the compartment where they were being held and saw only one left that had his name on it. When he got back to the door, the train was going at a good pace as it was almost at the end of the station. The doors close when they reach the end so he had to make a move quickly. He decided that it was now or never. He strapped his duel disk to his stomach and jumped off of the train. He landed just before the station wall came up. But when he landed, he landed hard on his right leg. When he stopped rolling, he rolled onto his back and held his leg in pain. After a few minutes, he was able to make it to a kneeling position but it was clear that something was wrong with his leg. Edited by Jake Yukuma, Apr 13 2008, 01:40 AM.

Kenichi was about to leave when he saw the all red guy sprinting to the slowly moving train. "Hey, wait! It's mov...." before Kenichi even finished his sentence, the guy jumped into a compartment just before the door was closed. Kenichi watched as the train's speed advances. Maybe he doesn't feel fit to be here, many people are unable to leave the comfort of home. Pity, I expect more from someone who boldly wear something strange. He continue walking towards the academy when he hears the sound of door opening. He saw the red guy before standing at the door of the train. The train now has gain a considerable speed and almost leave the station He has a determined face. Can It be? He'll kill himself. The red guy jumped. And landed at the station platform, hard. Not good Kenichi rushed to him. He is now in a kneeling position. "Are you ok?" He asked the guy. He can see trickles of blood at the position of his right leg. Vernon felt the trickle of blood on his skin. He knew that he had broken his leg. What a stupid thing to do. Vernon thought to himself. He heard another voice coming closer. He hoped it was a teacher or another person of authority to help him to the hospital. He looked up with his red eyes to see the same figure in the cloak. I don't think so, I think I broke my leg on the fall. He said while still wincing in alot of pain. Do you know where the hospital is? |

"I'm new here like you, so unfortunately no. Perhaps we can ask the authorities. This campus should had a map or something," Then Kenichi remembered something, his PDA. It might contain the map of the island. He turned it on."I think the map will be somewhere. Hang on a sec," Kenichi told the guy in red. "Let see.' Message Contacts Files Settings Kenichi touched the Message command and a list pop up.
Kenichi tapped the first message. A welcoming message pop out, along with the map of the campus. "I think I know where is it,' Kenichi showed his PDA to him. "But more importantly, can you stand?" Edited by Ienzo Takeda, Apr 13 2008, 04:16 AM.

I...I don't know. Let me try. Vernon said as he kept his right leg bent and he tried to extend his left leg to a standing position. It takes him a few times but he does make it up. But when he did, he winces in alot of pain. He looks at the new guy. So, how far is it and would it be possible to maybe get some more help? he wondered.

Kenichi was startled a bit when he saw a pair of red eyes looking back at him, but try to hide it. "Here, let me help you," Kenichi took the guy arm and put it behind his neck. Then Kenichi and the guy start walking at the direction of the nurse office. "I don't think it's that far. Maybe a couple of miles and we will get there. Hang in there, will ya?" Kenichi replied to the red guy question. "Anyway, did you injured your eyes during the fall?" Kenichi asked the guy, curious about the discovery. |

Vernon knew this was coming. He was in too much pain to lie as he slowly walked toward the hospital. Well, ummmmm, it is normal for me. Ever since birth, my eyes have been genetically mutated to red. No matter where I went before, they kept me from having close friends. Once they saw my eye, they ran from me and thought I was a freak. Then I went into a time of isolation before I came here. he said as they crept closer to the hospital. |

"Oh, I see," The hospital was in view. "Only cowards runs away from red eyes. I don't know about you, but to me those eyes don't seem much as a threat. At least you can see with both of it, assuming both of them in perfect condition." "As for having no close friends, you're quite same with me. I used to have many, but they......" Kenichi didn't finishes his sentence, he quickly put his free arm at his right part of his face, covering his right eye. Whenever he remembers the accident, or talk about it, he will feel pain, not physical but emotional. " I think it the best for me to not mention it," Kenichi continues. The pain subdued. "We're almost there, just a little more. |
