A small smile crept to her face.....for some reason, seeing him smile at her caused her to smile too.....it was as if he were forcing all sorrow and pain from her with that smile. She realized she was holding her breath for some reason....and remembered to breathe. "You're doing it again....." she said softly, not in a rebuking tone, but rather a relieved type tone. "That smile....you're disarming me again." She leaned in and kissed his lips gently. "You didn't have to risk yourself by coming up here you know.....if you get caught by a teacher, you're done for." |

Lumis seemed to blush a little as she'd kissed him. It had been 2 months and it was still hard to get used to it. Hoping that the darkness of the night was hiding his blush, he'd smiled at her and laughed a little as he heard her words. He'd leaned in close to her and whispered into her ear gently, yet reassuringly and happily at the same time. "Well, I came up here just to see you. And I didn't want you to be alone, either. As far as the records show, you don't have a roommate, either. Now, who would miss this chance to see the one they love on a moonlit night like this? No one, that I can say for sure. At least, I wouldn't. Especially when it's someone as beautiful as yourself." One could say that he was using sweet words. In fact, he was. But those were also how he truly felt. He hadn't had a roommate either, and, in all honesty, he didn't want to spend the night alone in his room, sulking. At least, if he was going to use this negative energy, he'd use it for something productive. And, if comforting his girlfriend wasn't productive, he had no idea what else would be. |

His words always seemed so poetic to her, and she couldn't help but smile even more. "Well, since you're here....do you want something to drink? I have some ramane that i got during the trip....would you like some?" Originally, she had hoped to share it with a roommate, but she'd been left without one, for God knows what reason, and the first night here in the hotel, she didn't really feel like drinking any. She moved to the refrigerator and pulled a couple bottles out and handed one to Lumis. "It really helps that i get to spend time with you....even if it is under such circumstances." Kisa moved to the bed and sat down on the edge and opened her bottle. |

"Don't mind if I do." He'd smiled as he'd taken the bottle from her and opened it up, taking a chair nearby and sitting in front of her. Opening the bottle, he'd taken a sip before bringing it away from his mouth. Yes... This flavor was something he hadn't tried in a long time. The last time he'd tried it was when he'd first come to the Academy. Something that was particularly enjoyable, but was short-lived, since the amount never seemed to be enough. He'd laughed a bit as he'd looked back over at her. "Yeah. I don't think there's any other way I'd rather spend my night. You've got two beds, right? I don't think it'd be safe for me to return to my room tired. Ehe... Um... Well... What I mean to say... Is... Uh..." Lumis had realized just how odd his idea was and felt his cheeks burn a fiery red. Was he honestly suggesting what he thought he was suggesting...? Getting caught by a teacher would have increased dramatically too... So... What exactly was he suggesting...? |

As Lumis made his strange suggestion, Kisa nearly choked on the sip of ramane that she had just taken. She coughed a few times and looked at him with wide eyes. She had not expected that suggestion at all.....where in the world had that come from. Yes, it was true that she had two beds.....and she would have welcomed the chance to let him stay....but she was worried about him getting caught. "Lumis.....if a teacher finds out.....the both of us would be in so much trouble! possibly expelled! Do you really want to risk that?" She eyed him, as if trying to figure him out. "You're already risking alot with just being here right now." She looked at the time on her alarm clock. Yes....it was getting late. If he were to leave now, he would more than likely get caught. But if he got caught in the morning.....either way the two of them would be in trouble. She didn't know how to go about this.... |

Lumis himself had no idea WHY he was making the suggestion. Perhaps a part of him was still afraid of being alone in his room, looking over the message about his test scores. Or maybe it was just his desire to remain with her during such a delicate time. Or maybe... It was just that strong feeling of attraction that he'd always felt for her. However, he tried to distract himself from such thoughts, drinking down the beverage to try and cool off a bit, getting off from the chair and walking towards the glass doorway from the balcony. He'd looked outside and saw the moonlit ocean. "You're right. I should probably just head back now then, before I get tired. I can get out of here the way I came up." He didn't know what he was doing now. He was so torn that he was just doing what he thought she wanted. Maybe she wanted to be alone for a little. Of course, he had no idea what went through anyone else's head. All he could do was try and guess. And right now... he was wondering if his guess was the correct one. |

Kisa grabbed a pillow and threw it at Lumis. "Don't be stupid, Lumis," she said softly. "There are teacher's all over the place....and the other students aren't dumb. I think someone would notice a boy in a yellow jacket, trying to scale down a wall on a makeshift rope." She shook her head gestured for him to come over with a jerk of her head. "No....its best to wait until tomorrow....or even later in the night when everyone is asleep for sure." |

He'd winced a bit from the pillow being thrown at him, not because it hurt, but because she was right. He was probably going to get caught, but he was more worried about what was going to happen to her if he was. But, since she was the girlfriend, he couldn't deny her. Picking up the pillow, he'd put it back in its place and sat down in front of her again, chuckling a little. "Alright... but did you really have to throw the pillow at me?" Lumis looked at Kisa a little more relaxed now, trying to think of something. What he'd said before was inexcusable, probably. And she was probably angry with him for suggesting such a thing. He'd given a small sigh before looking around for the clock, looking at the time. It wasn't particularly late... He just wondered how long he'd have to be in here before having to sneak out. He definitely didn't want to get Kisa in trouble. |

She smiled at him. "Yes.....yes i did." Suddenly she threw her arms around him and rested her head on his shoulder. They had never had a moment like this.....it'd been a long time since they'd been alone, and it was nice to have him here with her right now. The events of the day suddenly didn't matter to her anymore. All that mattered was that Lumis was here beside her. She found words fighting to escape her mouth as she held him.....and finally, she opened her mouth to let them free in a soft whisper. "Don't leave me....." |

Her sudden hug had caught him off guard as he'd laid back on the chair, her head on his shoulder and her arms around him. Lumis' heart started to beat a little faster as he'd tried to regain some sort of his composure. It was practically impossible... especially because her touch seemed to make him melt. It was... It was something he'd never seem to get used to. It took him a moment to finally organize his thoughts and he'd realized that it really had been a long time since they were alone. Slowly, he'd wrapped his arms around her as well, keeping her close as he'd sat down. Her whisper seemed to tickle his senses as he'd struggled to find words to say as well. The words that left his mouth were truer than any other words he'd have spoken though. "I won't Kisa... I'll be here for you." |
