Takuya, what's with you and quoting wrong things? The part you quoted on the 24th posts has almost nothing to do with what you were complaining about. And on that note, I agree with you. Lucksacks happen, and people shouldn't be auto-Osiris just for getting terrible hands. Edited by Billie Hatcher, Apr 6 2008, 12:27 PM.

It doesn't even have to be that. I just feel as though The written part should count much more than for a duel portion, but a duel should still be held. Though we still have problems with that... Then again, problems are made for solutions. |

I agree with Takuya's suggestion, as the written portion should definitely outweigh the dueling portion. And 25-30% for the duel is fine with me. But my question is: if we do bring back the practical (dueling) part of the exam, what would the rubric for it be...? Edited by Rina Kasakura, Apr 6 2008, 02:24 PM.

Doesn't most of the "skill" in the game come from deck building anyway? Or would that be included somewhere in the written section? |

That'd probably be somewhere in the written exam. Oh, but no, not rly. People can play their cards really well, but not build decks well. It's a rarity, but it does happen. |

But that's only for the really skilled cards (... E-Con, Book of Moon, etc) which are more often then not avoided as the main-meta cards are what really wins games. |
