Aoi's blue eyes opened slowly. The curtains were slightly open; the light of the morning filtered its way into the room. Aoi sat up in bed and rubbed her eyes for a few moments, adjusting. She pushed a stuffed turtle to the corner of her bed and slowly crawled out. She could barely make out Rina in the other bed, still asleep. Kneeling down to her suitcase, Aoi smiled. She retrieved some new clothes before heading for the bathroom. The sound of the shower running would probably be enough to wake the sleeping Firefly. |

Despite Professor Swebb's earlier efforts to wake up, Rina was 87% unphased - such was the deep sleeper. However, that, coupled with the sounds of Aoi's motions and the running shower water, that percentage steadily dropped to 28%. Curled up in bed in a short, violet gown-like top and a very light yellow hoodie, Rina groggily opened her eyes towards the city sky through one of the open windows. She winced and lightly groaned, still having to adjust her eyes to the sudden light. The Firefly tightly closed her eyelids before deeply inhaling, exhaling almost twice as much. On her left side, and partially under the covers from fumbling around during sleep, her right hand brushed across the bed and upward to her right eye, rubbing it. "Mmm.... .... ...Hnnn~hh~...!" Rubbing didn't last long as she instinctively stretched her limbs and torso from her side position. She rolled over onto her stomach to stretch towards all 4 corners of the bed, "...H--...! .... ...?? ...." but she felt weird.... It was like... the feeling of growing an extra body part in her chest area all of a sudden: soft and squishable, right in the center. "Hgh!" "What's...??" A third breast!? No way!! She narrowed her eyes, blankly, in utter shock at the insanely unrealistic possibility of it happening, if at all, overnight. Her arms, spread out from the attempted stretch, had frozen into place as she tried to consider things logically. "...I... couldn't have, right? One hundred percent impossible...! .... ...But..." she looked around, "...we don't have smaller pillows... and they aren't round.... .... ...." It was then that she acknowledged the fact that Aoi wasn't in the room and was, in fact, in the shower. ".... ...." She bobbed her upper torso up and down... to get a feel for 'it.' =.= "Plump." ".... ...." A sigh of relief escaped her lips. "It's not what I thought it was, at least; it has an external feel to it. .... ...So then...." She sent a hand underneath her body to find out what it was that obstructed her comfort in stretching. It was a softness that was almost instantly recognized as she felt around. "! ..." Rolling to her side and pulling it out, Rina realized that she had been fondling... a turtle. ...A turtle plushie. "...A turtle doll...? .... ...!! Oh wait, isn't this...." Rina's memory was triggered to a week ago, and other times beforehand, when Aoi and the redhead conversed within the Obelisk's shared room. Rina recalled glancing around, as per usual, and spotting 2 turtle plushies within the room as opposed to just the one that she'd sometimes see on the bed. ((continuity issues? Let me know.)) Looking at it closely, she noted the brown spots all across the head and limbs, as well as the black marble eyes staring into space as she held it at an angle. This turtle was the 'bigger' of the two: plump, as she mentioned earlier. ".... ...Hm," Rina grinned. "She brought you along, too, huh? ...." It responded with its ever-present expression ((likely a smile?)). "---!! Wait, how did you end up with me??" |

((Not this time, Billie. Please read the posts. Thanks.)) Rather than answer, the turtle continued to smile quietly back at Rina. Its deep, black eyes seemed to ask Rina to figure it out for herself. She wasn't given too much time to consider it, though, as the water from the bathroom shortly ceased. After a brief interval, the bathroom door opened slightly. The blue-haired Obelisk student poked her head out and looked in the direction of Rina. "Rina? I'm done. Shower's ready for you." The head disappeared back into the bathroom without waiting for a response from the Firefly. |

Turning to Aoi, but just missing her, she called out, "Mm. 'Kay," acknowledging her before glancing back at the turtle for a moment. .... A yawn escaped shortly before Rina forced herself to sit up with the stuffed animal in her lap. Realizing that it was early morning from the time set on the clock she brought along, a "Card Excluder" manual(*??) clock, her eyes went back into sleepy mode. They lazed as she sat there, thinking that sitting up some some time will eventually wake her up. ...Though, it was only when she almost dropped her surprise turtle that she jolted herself awake to catch it. Her heart had almost skipped a beat as though her life was on the line in an instant. She sighed, relieved that she didn't drop someone else's personal belonging..., despite its ability to withstand the drop. Seeing this as a good time, the redhead placed the plush character onto her bed and stood up, stretching towards the ceiling, reflexively. "...." Staring out the window, she got to see the city in its Day Mode for the first time. In its own way, it was an amazing, beautiful place. Way~ off to the side, there seemed to be a less-developed area, but it wasn't anything worth noting at the moment. Not like it stood out that much, from here on the third floor, anyway. Rina took in a deep breath and exhaled, enlightened to the fact that today was the first day of the academy vacation. The morning routine was explained beforehand, so Rina knew about the group meeting that would be taking place soon. Rina went to bed a bit later than Aoi had. Reason being the unpacking of her clothes. There was a large closet to the side, and Rina intended to use it, saving the leftside half for Aoi. Not everything had been unpacked, but it was enough to be content with wile exhausted fro the trip over to Silvershine. That said, Rina gathered her desired clothing and made her way towards the bathroom. "I'm coming in~...." ((*manual? old-fashioned? ...Whatever you call the ones with the long and short "hands")) |

((Billie: Not this time. Rina: Analog.)) "Alright." Aoi opened the door to allow Rina entry. The Obelisk was now wearing the bare minimum level of clothing required for public screentime. She clutched her blue pajamas close to her chest as she slipped past Rina. "I'll wait for you to get ready before heading down to breakfast." There were no comments regarding Rina's surprise friend. |

Rina responded. "Thanks. I'm sure I'd get lost in a place like this. ...Alright. I'll try not to be too long." And as Aoi left the bathroom, Rina proceeded to get ready to clean herself up before the day's activities were underway. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- {LATER} The door to Aoi and Rina's room opened up; the duo departed to meet everyone else in the dining room. The redhead dawned a short white tee, exposing her navel, a light, violet hooded vest, and designer violet skirt with white "V" designs at the sides similar to overlapping arrows: V V ((but slighlty overlapping)) Once Rina locked the door behind her, the roommates were on their way. "...." Silence from the redhead for but a moment. "I see you smuggled some pets along for the trip," said Rina, referring to the plush turtle that the Firefly apparently slept with. She eyed Aoi slyly, also assuming the other one was here, as well. |

Rina's comment brought a wide smile to Aoi's face. "Who wouldn't, Rina?" Aoi walked past the elevator and opened the door to the stairway. As most students preferred the ease of the elevators, the stairs were completely empty, save for the two students. "You know, Rina, I think I will challenge that one today. I have a plan." Her eyes shifted to Rina for a moment, further indicating the identity of the person she hoped to duel. |

As they descended down the stairwell, Rina glanced at Aoi, taking a moment to notice her friend's glance to confirm who she was talking about. "...." Rina glanced away as if talking to someone else. "A plan, she says." The Firefly liked the sound of it, though. She turned back to Aoi. "Alright. Sounds like a heck of a duel. When will it happen?" She asked, thinking that was decided upon, as well. |
