A 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment, approximately 68 square meters in area.

Two bedrooms identical in size, however rather different in decorations. A swift sophistication about Isaac's room, mostly mahogany furnishing, coupled with an elegant black theme to it.

Allison's room however, was exactly what you'd picture it would have been. Dolls, pink, plushies, and quite a many other random brick-a-brack she's collected.

In one corner, an oddly placed scale replica of Solar Dusk Academy, in the other a replica of Crimson Wind Academy. Among them were tiny figurines, approximately 5 or 6 inches in height, but all varying by some.

A small bed, fit for a child in the middle of the room, and against the wall. Her window over looked Dusk Memorial Park.

The living room was plain, following Isaac's general decoration style, perhaps it was originally his home? The 3 by 5 painting is rather curious though. A painting of what seemed to be all the characters from the book Alice in Wonderland.

Over all though, the floor plan looked like this:

Spoiler: click to toggle

Allison Wonderland and Isaac Wonderland were no where in sight however, and hadn't been for quite some time.

[Month 3 - Day 10 - Afternoon Setting]

He received a phone call early in the morning.

It was from the Doctor. He informed the blind duelist that his arm had suffered from minor muscle tear and should try not to strain his arm by doing unnecesary activities. Ice would be needed to try and reduce any swelling that might occur as well as compressing the arm. He said nothing about any device buried within his muscle.

Draco was pissed off after hearing the news. His mind began to recall the events that had caused the pain and trying to find an explanation to what caused it. He realized it happened right after he took damage from Lumis's Chimeratech Overdragon. Following the trail of information like a hound, Draco began assessing what could have caused pain from an attack. It seemed the issue was duel related but holograms can't possibly cause injury. Which meant it had to come from a device of some sort.

Like a Duel Disk.

The horrifying thought pierced his mind. If it was true, it would of had to be one of the Duel Disks near to him at the time. Gouki was removed from his list immediately since he had dueled near him plenty of times. Draco assumed it would have been had to have come from either his Duel Disk or his opponent’s. Though he didn’t spend much time with his opponent, he really didn’t seem like a malicious person.

Which left his Duel Disk.

Your modified Duel Disk is on the table in front of you. I think you will be pleased with the results.

It was then the reality of his situation finally emerged. He didn’t want to believe it but the pieces fitted together smugly. So Z tampered with his Duel Disk but to what end? Draco wanted answers. His blood began boiling as thoughts of revenge invaded his mind. Thinking back to the moments he had to put up with people damaging or destroying his property only fueled his rage. There was one other man who had done such a thing to Draco recently.

Isaac Wonderland.

Unlike Z though, it would be much easier to execute his vengeance upon that outlived, rotting piece of trash.

Before Draco left the hotel, he applied a bandage around his injured arm tightly, binding it and restricting its movement like squeezing someone’s neck. He’d ice his arm when he was back in the hotel room, but for now he had his sights you know what I mean! set on Isaac’s house. He recalled what Agent Σ told Draco while he was on his tour. He knew where Isaac and Allison’s apartment was located.

He decided to walk rather than have a police car waiting for his return, which would really be a big nuisance if anything big did happen at his apartment.

That brings us here.

Draco was walking along the pavement as he passed a cemetery. If anything he wouldn’t mind adding a few more graves to it. He found it difficult to throw off his dark emotions, raging within his mind. Shaking his head, he continued down the path until he was standing across the apartment. His memory rarely failed him so he was able to find the place with relative ease.

I need a plan though. I can’t just barge in and destroy stuff. I know what I’ll do. I’ll try and get a duel with Allison first. That at least gets me inside the household. From there, I’ll play things spontaneously.

He walked up and knocked three times, awaiting a response.

Scratching the back of his head, Kuro had woken up from a nap only just awhile ago. He had no idea why he was living with Allison... But he guessed it would be better than living in the hotel and paying ungodly amounts per night. He'd heard a knock at the door and yawned lightly, heading over towards it with a black T-Shirt and a pair of gray sweatpants. Blinking a few times as he'd checked who was outside, he'd opened the door, but stood in the way, looking at the stranger.

"Uh... is there anything I can help you with?"

The voice was one Draco did not recognize.

He was aware Allison didn't talk much, probably due to being shy or something. Isaac's voice was certainly different to the one being projected at Draco right now. This had caught the blind duelist off guard.

"... I was expecting someone by the name of Isaac Wonderland to be around. Are you his maid or something? I would like to see if Allison is around as well."

The rain kept pounding down on Draco, intensifying by the minute. Draco had dressed warmly, with his usual black attire, consisting of jeans, shirt with a vest on top, and a trench coat over the vest. In addition, a thick, wool scarf was wrapped around his neck. He still had his Black Belt worn which secured his katana behind his back. He was holding onto an umbrella to shield himself from the water based assault. His clothing designed to withstand the toughest beatings from the fastest gales. All of his clothing and items were black in colour. I realize I probably should have talked about this in my intro post, but I forgot, so it can't be helped.

Standing opposite Draco, was a very unusual late teenager. It was as if his Light and Dark side had physically manifested their features across his body. If Draco had his sight, he would have been even more surprised at the somewhat freakish features that this boy presented. None of that matters to the man in black though, since there's more to a person than meets the eye. He knows of this concept better than most, at least he thinks so. He can never judge a person by their looks as a book by its cover. The people he met, he always judged them by their personality and their actions.

"... Maid?"

Kuro hadn't known if this guy was blind, if he had some sort of odd thing, or he was just messing around. And, even if this guy were blind... His voice wasn't that girly, was it? And, if he wasn't blind, it'd be clear to the man that Kuro was wearing neither a maid costume nor a butler costume. It made Kuro wonder, but he decided to leave it alone, looking over at the man and clearing his throat, somewhat in agitation.

"Neither of the two of them are home. And I'm not the maid. I'm just... a friend, you can say. If you need something from one of them, I can easily give them a message."

He'd crossed his arms and leaned against the doorpost, still looking at the black-clothed stranger. It really was a wonder why he was wearing sunglasses in the rain, though... Maybe this guy really was blind.

He scratched the back of his head and pivoted his left foot along the concrete, a sign of slight impatience.

"House servant, whatever. That damn moderator Billie, changed what I said, from 'care taker' to 'maid' in my previous post. A message huh . . . No I don't want to give them a message. Do you know whether they will be home anytime soon?"

I need to find a way to get into that building! I don't want to make it look suspicious though.

Draco huddled his body closer together, to try and keep himself warm against the relentless bombardment of raindrops. His plan relied on this person recognizing his actions and interpreting them to suggest that he was feeling cold. Only someone cold hearted wouldn't let someone into their house in conditions like these.

It didn't seem the weather was going to be changing any time soon as well.

*Thought the line of Kuro being mistaken for a maid would be funny!* ;_; (D-Did Allie do bad?) ;_:

"I'm sure they will. Why don't you come in and wait on them?"

Kuro had stepped off to the side to let this strange man into the home. If he really was a friend of their's, Kuro would have to make sure while watching him carefully. Clearly, neither Allison or Isaac would be very happy if they found that their apartment was ransacked or if something was stolen. Clearing his throat lightly, he'd said to Draco a bit, trying to get it off of his shoulders before there were any other misunderstandings.

"I'm not a house servant, by the way. Like I said, a friend."

[OOC: It's fine Allison. But you know Draco is going to have to steal your underwear now!]

"Ah, thank you very much. I understand your relation to them now."

He walked into the apartment, glad to have found shelter from the rain. The moment the door had closed behind him, his body began to warm up. The blistering winds could not penetrate through the walls of the house, nor could the freezing cold temperatures claw their way through the windows. He removed his drenched trench coat and placed it on a coat stand. His scarf soon accompanied the coat and his katana was placed against the wall, half a metre from the clothing stand. His good arm rushed through his hair, collecting the water molecules that were trapped within the forest of hair and then wiping his hand against his trousers. He did this a few times until his hair was moderately dry.

Draco decided it would be rude to explore the house on his own so would wait until this friend of Isaac's had invited him into the living room so they could sit down and converse in comfort.

"Do you mind showing me to the living room? I'd very much like to sit down and relax a little. Also if it's not too much to ask, could you make give me some boiling water to drink? It's quite cold out there you know."

"Sure. Come with me."

Kuro led Draco to the living room and sat him down. At this point, he'd felt like a house servant, but he didn't want to be rude to the guest. So, after leading Draco to the living room, Kuro had headed to the kitchen to get that hot water that Draco had requested. Getting a kettle, he'd filled it with water and placed it on the stove, turning it on high and heading back over to the living room, sitting down across from Draco.

"So, I'm curious to know. Why exactly are you here? Of course, if it isn't my business, I won't pry, though."

After being led by Kuro, Draco took a seat opposite from the friend of Allison and Isaac, so that the two faced each other. He probed the living room with his mind, identifying what objects were in this room. Couches, a small, wooden table with a pair of matching chairs, a small television and finally a single 3 by 5 painting along the wall directly behind where Draco was sitting.

"I wanted to have a duel with Allison actually. Also, Isaac has destroyed my property, so I wanted to duel him too and force him to pay for the damaging my speakers if I won the duel.”

Just then Draco stretched his good arm to scratch the back of his head. There were still some water droplets buried within his hair and Draco wanted them out. Unfortunately his arm brushed against the painting and it fell from its resting place and landed on top of Draco’s head before falling to the wooden floor boards.

“Arrgh! No! It’s OK! Really! I’ll put it back, don’t worry mate.”

His fully functional arm reached for the string behind the painting. His fingers curled around the thin rope and like a crane, his arm lifted the painting and he prepared to return the painting to its rightful place. That was until his mind detected a small empty space behind the painting. Puzzled, Draco placed the painting beside him on the couch and slowly reached into the concealed space. He ignored any commotion that Kuro may or may not have made during this time. Curiosity had bested the blind man as his fingers closed in on two objects.

A piece of ribbon.

A duel monsters card.

The moment his fingers touched the two objects something unexpected occurred. Draco felt a surge of power flow through his entire body. The duel monsters card was absorbing the negative energy from the ribbon to regain its strength after suffering its last defeat to the hands of Billie Hatcher. With a new host at hand, the duel monsters card would finally be able to move freely within this world once again.

What is this? What’s going on? I feel . . . I feel so good.

So you are my new host. Hmm yes, a nice, strong, flexible body . . . your mind is in a mess however. But I can rectify that. I can work with this. You have qualities the other two did not have. You are an ideal host. Your lack of sight is something you have seem to overcome too. This is good. Not that it would have been a problem for me either way.

If you don’t mind me asking . . . Who the hell are you and could you get out of my head?

Draco tried to move his body but it was not responding to his actions. He could not let go of the card and the ribbon. He could feel the card attacking his mind, sifting through his memories, extracting information, reading him like a book. Page after page of memories flashed through Draco’s mind as the card swooped through the blind man’s past experiences.

What the hell! LET GO OF ME.

Foolish mortal. Your struggle is hopeless. I know what you desire and I can give you that and so much more. All you have to do is obey my every command without question.

I DESIRE YOU TO FREE ME FROM THIS PARALYSIS RIGHT NOW.

You are in no position to argue with me. Did not Overlord Z teach you anything about your place with those superior to you? You will do my bidding and in return I will make you powerful. Continue this pointless struggle however and I may change my mind and give you nothing like my previous hosts.

Draco tried to struggle for a little longer but soon gave in. It was as the card claimed. A hopeless struggle.

. . . I really hate this. I hate not having the freedom to choose. If you had given me the chance to choose what I wanted, I MIGHT have listened to you. But no, you force me to be your servant and manipulate me like a mindless puppet. So be it. But answer me this. Who are you and what do you want?

I have many names but you may address me as Van’Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord. In time you may earn your freedom. It depends purely on your actions. Our first order of business is to silence that boy.

You’re a duel monsters card? You mean kill him? You want me to become an executioner?

You ask too many questions and this is not the time to answer them all. We will deal with this situation first. I will answer your second and third questions with a question of my own. Do you have any better ideas?

Fine. Let me try and reason with him first. The human race is not completely filled with barbaric mongrels.

Very well little one. Should you fail however, I will take matters into my own hands.

I just had an idea. Do you have the power to erase a part of his memory so that he would never know that I came here?

I can hypnotize him, yes. But he must be willing to allow himself to be hypnotized. I do not possess the strength currently to overwhelm someone elses mind if they choose to resist.

Draco’s body suddenly whipped around to face Kuro again. The Van’Dalgyon card had fully drained the negative energy from the ribbon and thus, Draco discarded it to one side after being prompted by the Dark Dragon Lord.

“I’ve had a change of heart. Since Isaac destroyed my property, I will be taking this one card as payment. It would be preferable if you didn’t run off and tell anyone about this. So I give you my solution. You allow me to hypnotize your mind so that I may erase your memories of this meeting. Refuse and I’ll be forced to take a more aggressive stance on this inconvenient situation. And that would be very unpleasant indeed.

So, what will it be?”
