Name: McClain, Parfaye Age: 12 (Appears to be 18) Dorm: Osiris Red/Culinary Maid Major Grade/Year: 2nd Gender: Female Race: Humanoid (Cyber Harpie) Height: 5'4 (May differ because of true form) Weight: 124 (May vary from true form) Eye Color: Pink Hair Color: Magenta Personality: Scheming, underhanded, pretty much of a brat; Parfaye is someone to look out for. She usually sees people in the fashion of toys at times. She'd be manipulative with other's hearts and quite often shows up out of pure joy to cater to her own whims rather than others which is ironic to her attire. The only thing she'd actually serve is her Step Mother, Hilda. She quite often has an attachment to her mother and sister, but still has some bitter resentment towards her step brother, Xenneth. Quite often, she picks and pries at him like she's poking a dead body with a stick simply because it's her way of expressing her envy towards him being Hilda McClain's one true son. With people, of course, she's terrible. She has a constant attitude, and whenever she lays down sweet talk, it's mostly to reverse the positives in people's lives. She often plays by the book out of her own pleasure making things in disarray, and doesn't join any dark sides because she would most likely say... "My fun is my fun! Get your own damn gig!" She is clearly a rogue when it comes to sides, but Hilda knows that the Cyber Harpie has a heart and would come through for her which is why she assigned her with a most difficult goal. When dueling, Parfaye is calm and relaxed. Comparing and contrasting to her Step Brother, it is clear her method is to destroy and throttle rather than wait around and be patient with burn techniques. This is never her style. She is destructive with air type combat making her use dragons and even her own form of sky monsters, The Harpie Ladies. Not only that, but she might even use a darker type deck related to her home the Shadow Manor usually revolving around plants or even fiendish monsters that would lurk in the basements that she adores. A good example would be her Thousand Eyes Restrict she is so fond of. Recently her personality has taken a dramatic change however: Because of her love for Ms. McClain, Parfaye has taken the role of being Xenneth’s guardian on the condition that Ms. Hilda gives her equal amount of love as Xenneth gets, which Hilda had seen as ludicrous seeing she always thought of everyone in the family getting equal love seeing that the part of Hilda that is Harpie was truly their mother. It was in the end that Parfaye had adapted to a more strict role as Xenneth’s guardian thinking she is more better than him, but equal to him in the positions of affection for Ms. McClain. Defining Characteristics: The uniqueness of her appearance could be quite seen. She always seems to wear a wide sleeved and traditional long Kimono, and her right eye is covered with an eye patch. Physical Appearance: Parfaye's appearance can be said to dawn that of an average lolita Maid. The body and make up is that of the smug child as shown in the picture, but her clothing is slightly different. Her expression is usually one that is brooding and mischievous, and her usual body figure is that of a fitting C-cup for her chest area. Her finger nails are colored a magenta shade. The same goes for her toe nails while her hair is in curls that go shoulder length and don't stop mid way at her side of her head like shown in the picture. One could describe her as quite cute or appealing, but that's how she gets you. She is actually quite dangerous in general. Her outfit is a pink uniform that is dark along the body. Her apron that comes over is a light shade of pink as well as the Maid hat that sits on her head while with a tie to keep her curls aligned and from going behind her shoulders. Her legs are filmed along with white stockings that go all the way up her short skirt that is just cut a small way below her knees. She most likely wears a chastity belt strap to her stockings. Her shoes are a pointed toe with a short thin heel that pierces most likely for combat. The shoes are the same vibrant magenta color to relay the pink theme. Her right side of her face is always covered in her normal form by her curly hair, and in Harpie form, her eye is closed with lochs of hair falling over it as she has no right eye no longer.  One of two Harpie Sisters out of Mint and herself, she takes the form of a magenta haired Cyber Harpie, and wears a traditional red hued Kimono outfit that matches the tone of that of an Osiris red student.  Known Relatives: Xenneth Hikari - Age 17 (Step Brother) The Shy, and kept Nurse harnessing untapped talent and potential. Dreams to be a doctor. Hilda McClain - Age ?? (Step Mother) The elder and Mother of Xenneth Hikari. Her time in Shadow Manor has caused her body to falter in the hellish place making her use the magic of the Shadow Realm to become Harpie Queen and care for the Cyber Harpie sisters that were left behind from the Harpie Queen used as Material. (Parfaye and Mint) Mint - Age 10 (Step Sister) The twin sister of Parfaye. She differs by dawning shorter hair as well as a light green maid's uniform in a mint-like color. She speaks fewer words and is more clear headed and less rash than that of her twin sister Parfaye. Biography: Parfaye and Mint were twin Harpie Girls that were young and just born when they wandered the alternate worlds where monsters appeared. It was because of Hilda who had fought their mother, a Harpie Queen, that they ended up motherless at their young age until Hilda had taken them in and wandered the deserts of the monster dimension until she had found Shadow Manor which was an abandoned fortress left behind by Zorc who was said to be destroyed. Hilda had claimed these grounds as her own as she resided there and kept a perfect defense based on her dueling skills forming a Harpie Lady Deck and having Parfaye and Mint at her side as they later developed into battle ready Cyber Harpies. Hilda knew they were so young they wouldn't remember what happened to their mother. It was later, before the Shadow Manor scenario that Hilda had started to miss Xenneth Hikari, her true son that she left behind in the real world. Parfaye and Mint acted to find out what was wrong with Hilda, and sure enough Parfaye found evidence in a diary Hilda kept most likely to stop herself from losing her mind seeing she wandered the darkness for so long. She however had stumbled upon the truth of what happened to her mother and in those writings, but what was really angering her that Hilda missed her son. Her jealousy towards Xenneth made her desire him dead, and as Hilda had came up with the idea of having Parfaye infiltrate Duel Academy to bring Xenneth back, then a twisted plan had came into play as she started to be driven by evil purposes. Parfaye's first victim was Allison as she had set out to simply bother the girl and tease her based on Xenneth's memory after she had taken over his body by him finding her monster card and the spirit within overpowered him making a second persona for Xenneth. The spirit that controlled Xenneth had acted in a twisted manner, like that of a Harpie, and aggressively attacked Xenneth. Although she lost the current tournament, she had simply sighed and left Allison alone satisfied seeing her squirm seeing that she didn't know what was going on. Parfaye had been intent on hurting anyone close to Xenneth, so during the tournament, she had awaited to make her move. At the last moment, she had explained that there was no Zorc as Yugi Moto himself expected at Solar Dusk Academy, but it was really just her dark presence slipping through the realms. Her heart being tainted by her jealousy, she had emitted such powerful darkness through a dark passion and she exercised the power of the God Cards pulling the school's residents into the dark dimension attempting to make it so that they vanished and were left to die without Hilda knowing. Xenneth had however awakened in his body and vowed to stand against his twisted Harpie controlled persona as he dueled with his healing deck actually gathering the courage to stray from his healing strategy and attack his opponent. Though it failed, he was on the brink of losing everyone that was dear to him until he had gathered a strategy using Phantom of Chaos to imitate the presence of the three god cards. With enough power on the field, he ended the duel with the special effect of Obelisk the Tormentor destroying the Wicked Gods as well as defeating his twisted personality. Finally accessing the strength of the God Cards and his friends nearby, he had taken the card Polymerization from his hand and gathered strength changing it into Super Polymerization thus using the energy to send himself and his friends to change course to net end up anywhere in the dark dimension, and with Hilda's own power's reacting to Xenenth's from afar, the two presences pulled the children to Shadow Manor only to have Xenneth shortly die with his body not being able to stand the battle between the God Cards and Wicked Gods that took place within the mental battle in his mind. Parfaye was mad...no...that's not quite right. Parfaye was pissed! She didn't do so well with accepting the fact that Xenneth had brought the children straight to Shadow Manor, and furthermore, it had gotten her in a mass trouble with Hilda was they had gathered the students only to learn they were brought there and Xenneth was dead causing Hilda to be upset with Parfaye who failed her task. Afterwards, Mint and Parfaye had seperated following Hilda's orders to find anything remaining of Xenneth, that being the charm that was in his hair so she could find a way to revive him. However, Parfaye had other ideas. Using her Harpie form and Human form she juggled between, she had found ways to manipulate a good variety of students as well as confuse them. One example was using Ryan and Ami's love for each other to cause bitter tension in order to let them fall in her grasp and help her with her plans. Her human counter part however had lurked watching the students and even possessing them to the point where they turned on each other turning duels into fatal matches for their souls ro cut down the numbers and make it seem as if someone else was behind the endeavor. It didn't last long however. Hilda had found out that the reason Xenneth wasn't about was because his soul was freely roaming around the manor in a vessel. This caused her and Mint, fight against Parfaye to throw out their disguises and fight each other for the retrieval of the body that Xenneth taken refuge in with their pursuit ending on the ceiling and leaving Mint wounded from the attack and Hilda caring for her. Just when Hilda was about to accept a duel between her and Parfaye who was possessed by the darkness to carry out revenge, Allison had appeared on the rooftops confront Parfaye. Hilda had accepted Allison wanted to fight against Parfaye and the duel had ended with Allison using a deck master to counter against the unstoppable Thousand Eyes Restrict that being the deck master was a reincarnated Xenneth. After winning the match Parfaye had taken massive damage and fainted leaving Hilda to care for her and Mint to assist while Xenneth had been reunited with his mother who simply smiled saying she wasn't his mother since she had changed a great deal while in the Shadow Realm. Parfaye had awaken to see Xenneth's departure using his powers to ascend the student body (Awe struck seeing a crossdressing Kuro *cough-cough*) back to their realm to return to Solar Dusk Academy. Parfaye had appeared during the arrival of the Pro Duelists. She stuck around to watch Xenneth’s relationship crumple and then try to probe the darkness within Ami’s heart that was faint, even though she didn’t succeed, but her priority was making Xenneth suffer to become stronger under the rouse of aggression. After Mint had confronted her in the forest asking her why she had cared so much of what Xenneth thought, Mint responded: ”He‘s Ms. McClain‘s son…my brother…your brother.” Parfaye had felt bitter towards Mint’s words, but in the end, she had given her right eye to Xenneth to let him live giving pact to a secret bond between them. She acknowledged herself as his guardian under her unruly guise that he was not “fit” yet to protect himself or represent the McClain family who resided in Shadow Manor. Parfaye’s latest scheme revolves around cooperating with Hilda, but on the grounds that she is able to give hell to Xenneth’s said fiancé, Aiya, who is of the Amazon tribe and trying to take advantage of her duty to unite the two tribes. Even though it is unsaid, she cares for Xenneth enough so that she does not want to let him go through with the marriage, but acts out of an aggression towards Aiya by sabotaging the Swimsuit competition. Other: Shade Ring - A ring that emits through one’s dark intentions. Being a tactician and once tainted by the darkness through jealousy, Parfaye taps into the Shade Ring in order to increase her fighting strength at times. She can easily use Shadow Magic to some degree and uses the ring to enhance it. Rose Whip Skill - Parfaye’s hands that mastery the wielding of a whip like weapon allows him to flex bindings with mastery. If supplied, he can easily wield a Harpy Ladies rose whip. Harpy Formation Style - A Wind Type fighting skill originate for Harpies allowing Parfaye to fight in on par and act defensively against duel monsters that may be a threat to cases like him that are simply human. This technique comes in two variations: the offensive attacking style Phoenix Formation and the defensive style known as Sparrow Formation. When linked with Xenneth or her sister, cooperating in a fight where the strength of Phoenix Formation or Sparrow Formation is drastically increased. |

Well! Since it seems the staff is finally getting into high gear, let's see.
Eh, mild concern. Just something that's been nagging me for a while since the first Mint profile appeared on this site like... 50 billion years ago. Saying someone "appears" some age is a bit presumptuous IMO. Some people may see the girl and assume she's in her teens, and some may see her as older. All biological and appearances aside, if IC Parfaye was asked by someone what her age was, what age would she identify with? Don't reply to this. Change "age" to "age identified" and put that number in it's place. Also, if Parfaye and Mint are twins, how can they be different ages? Just minor nitpicks. IDK. I'm gonna have to pass on the rings though. As stated elsewhere, we're toning down on the Shadow Magic stuff, so if they're JUST symbols or whatever, that'd be great, but if they increase Shadow Magic, then no. Rose Whip and Harpy Formation can stay I guess, though I'm gonna need you to clear up exactly what is meant by "when linked". |
