When you sign up, post your friend code and contact information. Here are the following rules. Rules for Tournament #1 You cannot use moves such as "Double Team" that increase evasion. You cannot use OHKO moves You cannot use an attack that will put the opponent to sleep if they already have a sleeping Pokemon Soul Dew is not allowed You can only use 1 of each species The following Pokemon are banned: Arceus, Darkrai, all forms of Deoxys, Dialga, Garchomp, Giratina, Giratina-O, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Shaymin-S, Wobbufett, and Wynaut Registered (6): Gouki Shinkou (2450-0948-4960) Billie Hatcher (0817-9908-0010) JeY Nakari (3222-2244-2953) Yugami Taiyou (1634-0142-5370) Douken (5241-8252-6262) Rina Kasakura(5327-7066-6982) Edited by Gouki Shinkou, May 2 2009, 10:37 PM.
