not at all. Say you go to sleep, wake up at [time], make a new topic. We are RPing, we can skip time. |

I can understand that,we can skip time. However, for certain events such as an important midnight duel at the Abandoned Dorms, it would be odd for one topic to be RPing the night before, and for the remained of the topic to be... taking place in the future. Especially if the nighttime duel was an important event that would effect many other things in the RP. I mean, I just want to make sure everything can be taken care of should such a situation present itself. |

Just wanted to quote this, so it's clear what I was referring to before. This is all I have a problem with. ...Oh, and the reason I believe everyone had trouble understanding was a poor choice of words in the topic title. "Real time" makes me think of Animal Crossing, when the idea is actually more along the lines of Harvest Moon. |

Rated R - Parental Discretion is Advised
|
I suppose that makes sense. I can see people sneaking out, but.... I dunno, it just seems like it'd be so much more difficult to do anything about it. Yeah, we can have RP punishments, but...... Alright, but how do we determine WHO to punish? Not everyone can get caught, and how can we fairly determine whether or not a person should be caught? Know what I mean? |

"The Firefly"

Online die roll! XD (Not serious, by the way) Honestly, though, I guess it would depend on several factors: The late-night activity, itself # of [watchers/guards/whatever] The "noise level" (How much noise the characters make, themselves) The setting (where they are and what it's like, there) ...But that'd be a bit of a hassle, wouldn't it. ...I dunno.... |

Specifically, I'm looking out for my character here. >_> So he'd be caught for screaming while smacking things. Essentially, it would be how disruptive the behavior is and also how noticable. It could be kind of a random decision, and you could just check with the person out of character. Something like "Is it alright if a teacher shows up all of a sudden?" or something, maybe. |
