Kouji hopped off the Monorail, as it's destination was reached. A pleasant breeze flew through the island. Kouji smelled the fresh island air, and exhaled. He picked up his bag, his Duel Disk, and his deck, and headed towards a nearby bench. He decided to make things a bit more organized. He placed his Duel Disk on his wrist, his deck in his deck box, on his belt, and his bag over his shoulder.

"So this is 'Crimson Wind Academy'?" Kouji asked himself out loud. Finally, to see if his skills could be tested in such a place

The Racin hidden in the Azure Flames
Jake walked into the station where the big train still sits. He looked around for a short while but sees nobody. He then looks over to the side where a bench is and sees a silhouette of a person. He walks up closer, trying not to startle him, and is able to see he is a Sebek. He walks up to about 7 feet from him. So, a new guy huh. So, what might your name be? he asked trying to joke around hoping he doesn't take it as he is belittling him.

Jenna walked towards the Monorail where she loved to meet all the new people, and would judge them based on appearance on if she wanted to do anything with them ever.

Walking gracefully towards two boys, she saw a Sebek and another Osiris.

Heh... plenty of boys on this island still.

"Hi there. Im Jenna. A new student or two here?"

She eyed the Sebek. He wasnt too shabby, but she couldnt see herself with the other Osiris. Unless of course, there was payment involved.

Jenna took a seat in the shady station in an open and almost defenseless position. But she felt safe at Crimson Wind. Ever since last year, she had begun to open up.

"Boys, its even hot here in the shade!"

She proceeded to unbutton her red blazer that she had recieved last year, instead showing off a white tank top.

Jake watched the girl as she sat down but got lost in his own mind short after that. Could she have been the one making the tracks earlier? He then turned back to her.

Hello there, the name is Jake. I am a 2nd year student. Both years at the Osiris rank. The Sebek, I haven't learned anything about him yet as I just got here. He then remembered what she said about the temperature which made him get warm. It is quite warm out here. Bad day for me to choose to wear my long sleeve jacket with a black undershirt. He said in a joking matter.

Jenna smiled. "You can take your jacket off Jake, thats what I would do."

It truly was a shame that the monorail station was not air conditioned.

Kouji looked at the two Osiris students. A girl and a boy.
"I am Kouji Yagami. I'm registered as a second year student too, because I'm transferring from another school." Kouji said in response to both of them.

The girl pointed out that it was indeed hot outside. It was a fortunate thing that he was wearing a white blazer over his black clothing. At least he had some protection from the hot sun. As he looked at them both, he looked at the island from his point of view. What a magnificent site it was. And he was extremely fortunate to have the ability to even see this site. How grateful he was to his sister's sacrifice was beyond measurment.

Luthien was on the hunt. He had seen the lonely Osiris, and had chosen his first victim.

This easy prey will make a fin begining in this so called tournament.

However the Osiris had led Luthien to fertile new ground. Luthien now had three potential victims, and he waited in the shadows, observing, deciding which of his prey had the juiciest meat and which would be the easiest to take down.

A smile came to his lips as he watched from a far.

Jenna had always maintained her sense of sight. Ever since her years on the street, it had become her third most valuable asset. It was important in seeing if there was someone about to try and kidnap her, or for business purposes, if there was anyone nearby that needed a little lift in their day. She could see things that weren't truely visible, and sometime could even tell what was going to happen soon. She heard not a sound, but she saw a fourth presence. She looked around discreetly, looking for another person. They had just arrived, but wanted to remain hidden.

I'm not about to let anything happen to me...

"Nice to meet you Kouji. Say, can we go to the Ice Cream Shoppe and talk there? You know, where its out in the open and you can see everyone." She purposefully raised her voice. "I'd just like to see if we could find some other people to meet and talk to, out in the open, in person."

Again she looked around and couldn't see anyone. This person either waits for people to come by this station or had been following one of them. Considering they had just gotten there, it was unlikely that they were following Kouji. Jake was there before she was, so then this person had probably been following her. But where would she have picked up such a creep?

Jake let out a small chuckle. Nah, I am used to warm weather. Although not for long periods of time. he said to Jenna. He then turned his attention to Kouji. Nice to meet you Kouji. Its always nice to have duelists from other schools come to join us. As he finished, he had the creepy feeling that somebody was stalking the three of them. This must be why Jenna wants to go to the Ice Cream Shoppe. he said to himself. He then turned to the both of them. I believe the Ice Cream Shoppe would be a nice place to go. It is air conditioned and we could grab something to eat. I haven't had anything for awhile and I am sure you haven't had anything since the ride Kouji.[/b]

Realizing his prey was about to scatter Luthien made up his mind.

The girl appeared to have her wits about her. And while taking her down would provide Luthien with a measure of satisfaction Luthien had long ago learned to be wary of hidden strength. Keeping an eye on the girl Luthien focused his attention on the two boys.

An Osiris and a Sebek, he had not seen enough to tell which would be easier prey, but perhaps he would let them decide.

Extracting himself from the shadows Luthien moved to place himself between the students and the ice cream shop to which the group had proposed fleeing to.

Am I that out of form?

Luthien called out retorically. A sarcastic smile light his lips as he let out a predatory chuckle.

Since you've already introduced each other to me, I'll skip the introductions and get straight to the point.

Adjusting his dark glasses to furthur keep the sun pouring through the sky lights out of his eyes, Luthien gave them a final look over and settled on his decision.

I will strike

Glancing up at them, the silver rims of Luthien's glasses sparkled in the sun. He continued his one way conversation in a very aristocratic sounding voice, allowing his deep Russian accent to flow through.

I apologize if I've interupted anything, but I'm afraid that one of you owe me a favor. If you havn't realized there is a tournament going on. The various dorms are competing for points in order to determine a superior one.

Flashing them a distiguised grin he continued.

I unlike many of the others care not who wins. I enjoy the thrill of the hunt, and luckily for me, you are not of the Ra dorm and thus fair game. Prepare to defend yourselves....
