Debate issues, both important and irrelevant here. Debating must be "intelligent", and if a topic is turned to flames you will receive an auto-warn. If the flaming continues, punishment will be dispersed accordingly, and the topic will be closed. Creating topics pertaining to the same issue will result in immediate closings. If, after a set time of two weeks, both parties can agree to debate happily, the topic will be re-opened, or a new one will be created.
