Style of tournament double elimination
to win the match: 2 out of 3 matches

a tournament has been summoned. the current champion thinking of a tournament that will push each player to their limits. thus the neo cup was born. question is can your creative deck build become the 1 to beat or will it become your ultimate downfall? the creative choices are in your hands.

deck construction rules
60 deck size
smashers must come from the pokemon neo set
legal non neo smashers that can be in the deck:

eevee
scyther
onix
zubat
golbat
oddish
gloom
slowpoke
horsea
seadra
porygon
chansey

support cards can be from any set
special energy are allowed

Prize info:
winner gets 3 cards based on the character they want
