Card Analysis
Elemental Blast has been a signiture move of Lugia's in the official Pokemon TCG, known for its incredible power, but very difficult to perform often due to its high Energy discard. Thankfully Ocean Grow can help sustain Lugia with the Energy cards it needs to perform Elemental Blast more than once. Unlike it's official Pokemon TCG counterpart, Ocean Grow can be used more than once and it doesn't discard any of your non-Energy type cards.

 Updated, Ocean Grow has been changed so it now can only be used once (When you play Lugia FS), but you get to look at the top 7 cards rather than 5. This can be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage.
