Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web.

While unregistered users are able to browse the forum on a basic level, registering an account provides additional forum access not visible to guests as well as the ability to join in discussions and contribute yourself! Registration is free and instantaneous.

A idea that was inspired by Man after Man and All Tomorrows. Basically, it will explore the possible outcomes of humanities descendants that range across the universe, in all sorts of odd and interesting places. Ranging from M stars to F stars, all sorts of worlds will be inhabited by descendants of those curious nomads that made their way across the universe within a span of a billion years. Anyone would be able to contribute, but I would like to have a descent group that could continously update, as I may not be able to, due to my comic series that I'm working on. Anyone that has descent and thought out ideas is welcome to join, and, of course, illustrations are preferred, but not required. I hope that this will be a long and continuous community project, and not something that falls apart quickly. I might not post much updates, as I'm working on my series "universe". Anyone is allowed to join, and I have several ideas thought out. If you originally start with a idea that seems good at first, but is implausible later, you can re-write it or change things up, as, of course practice makes perfect!

Table of Contents

The Rules
1. You'd have to have a well thought out Post-Human that is plausible, not something crazy, i.e no extra arms, no extra heads and stuff like that.
2. You have to be able to give at least one set of ideas per month or something like that (unless you are working on something else, then that's fine).
3. No immaturity, and no short, unnecessary comments.
4. Members could also have a little fun with their creations.
5. No arguments would be nice, as it would make the project seem like something bad, when I don't want it to be.
6. DON'T, I repeat, DON'T copy other people's ideas, which would be bad for the project.
