I have several movie ideas stuck in my head and I would like to share them with you. Here they are: PERMA 252 mya, a juvenile female protorosaurus named Yanda losts her mother during a great disaster in Siberia. Yanda manages to escape the disaster and seems to be the only survivor of her area. 10 years later the world has changed, Yanda is now a teenage Protorosaurus, in the middle of the so called "Pangaea" filled with deserts everywhere. She discovers a crashed spaceship out of hazard and from it comes out a reptile like alien named Jolo. Jolo reveals to her that the only place on Earth which still has "traces" of life is Antarctica. They move to this so called "paradise" but the travel won't be easy as they will encounter obstacles such as Gorgonopses packs and other natural obstacles. Or are they even natural? The Dragon of America On this strange alternate and uchronic Earth, in 1828, a little dragon: Mars, is born in a pet store. His mother soon loves him but the baby is taken away and some other peoples kill the mother. The baby, unaware of his mother's death, is sold to doctor Wooligan. Mars must actually be in a circus somewhere in New York but Wooligan takes him to "New Majapahit" (a Majapahit colony composed of the modern states of Washington and Oregon along with Idaho and western Montana). 20 years later, the full adult Mars is discovered by some american guards and is kidnapped and taken to the american colony of Greenland. But there, Mars escapes and flees to Italy (Italy in this universe was still didvided in many states and the Risorgimento in the 19th century still took place and Cavour, King Victor Emanuel II and Girabaldi also still exists). His adventure along with Jane, a 17 years old girl, begins in this tormented Italy. Old Terra Matt and his friends Victor and Gordon use a time machine that Matt's father, a mad scientist, created. They travel to many periods of time such as the Jurassic, the Devonian, the Ordovician, during WWII, during the Mongol Empire and even during the time where Theia hurled towards the young Earth. Dyson's Life An Alien race builds a Dyson Sphere around a M class star. This Dyson sphere becomes a whole biosphere as life is "created" and thrives in this supposed "harsh" environment. A little lizard like extraterrestrial creature named Kyle has the curiosity, along with his friends, of what lies outside the Dyson sphere (this might be an alternate universe project...). Tachyonia A planet and a star system bathed in particles of tachyon where dragons and other mythical creatures exist. Tachyonia, the tachyonized star of the star system englobed by a Dyson sphere, might hide a mystery that Gale, a human from Earth, wants to know. How are you feeling now? ![]() WARNING DO NOT PUSH THE SPOILER BUTTON! Spoiler: click to toggle

Prehistoric animals and aliens? I wouldn't mind it if it was just about the adventures of the Protorosaurus, but I'm sorry, that's just too odd for me.
Er . . . that kind of gives the false impression that there's some inappropiate material in the spoiler.
I'm sure a Protorosaurus from 252 million years ago would have watched Mad Max. Does it have a HD plasma television stuffed in its burrow?

Mad Max take splace on a desertic Earth. During the Permian extinction, rain became scarce and so the world was pretty much desert (except for the lava flooded Siberia and some greenish Antarctica). So this is the main reference to Mad Max but... WITNESS ME |

Er, I'm not sure that's a reference. If it is, then I could just post an update about the desert on one of my projects and say it's a Mad Max reference. I haven't actually seen the film, so I'm kinda jumping to conclusions here . . . but only a bit. |

From what I know about movies, most of these, whilst definitely original ideas, wouldn't work well as feature-length films targeted towards a non-spec interested audience, simply because they're too odd for Hollywood (film companies like original ideas, but they also like stuff they know will sell well). They'd work well as projects or books, though. If it was written well, I'd probably read a book about Dyson Sphere-dwelling life. Not so sure on PERMA, though. As Axolotl Lord said, it sounded interesting up until the alien was introduced, which seems a little too "lol so random xD" for me. |

I didn't say it would be a blockbuster or Hollywood film. PERMA can indeed be confusing when that alien appear. Life on a Dyson's sphere is quite interesting indeed that I think I will do a project (I don't know if this thing should be in Habitable Zone or Alternate Universe). I don't know if Old Terra can be good: as I actually did a "book" (made of paper, entirely paper) with poorly drawn characters and stuff (I drew the story a long long time ago). Tachyonia kinda has too much tachyons (I was influenced by Tommorowland). Old Terra and Dyson's life are the best ideas... for now. I also have a doubt when i look at the idea behind PERMA. Oh I have more ideas! Pluto In the year 2093: a team of astronauts travel to the remote planet of Pluto. The mission should have lasted 2 months but a world war breaks out on Earth, aborting the return to Earth. With the years passing and some new missions being made, not only they learn more about Pluto and its moons but aboard 1 astronaut seem to turn into a psycopath. The entire crew is in danger. The Dimension Traveler Kyle is a person capable of traveling to any dimension since an accident at the Kinshasa Buclear Plant in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa. Returning to the USA, he discovers that he has this power and soon start to do many things. However he is soon chased by a secret organisation known as the SIOFMCDTUSA (Special Intelligence Organisation For Mutant Creatures and Dimension Travelers in the USA). Saturn Takes place in a future where humans live in the clouds of Saturn and its moons. The plot is so complex that I cant write it here... Oostralia In the middle cretaceous Australia, a young Austrosaurus by the name of Victor (aights aights I use my name here! :P) is banished from his herd after almost killing another one of its herd during a dispute. He tries to find a way to create a herd and travels all over Australia. He encounters a female Diamantinasaurus on its adventure (yes yes... Diamantinasaurus and Austrosaurus might or didn't live at the same time but for the sake of the story!). Dansakebum This is a more "whaaa--?" story. A boy named Kotashi sees its home: Japan, lifted into the air and destroyed along with other places and continents. His diplodocus plushy turns into a real baby diplodocus. Together they must stop the Krakapoof, an alien species, from destroying the Earth. Mad Jake: Fluffy Road A parody of Mad Max: Furry Road. |

What's with the stories about dinosaurs, from the dinosaur's perspective, where the dinosaur has a human name? The newer Walking With Dinosaurs movie already tried doing that, and the result was... not that great, unless you were a small child. |

Well... "Oostralia" is intended for kids so, you're technically forced to put names to the dinosaurs but its not the fact of giving human names to creatures that makes the movie good or bad. Walking with the Dinosaurs has indeed seen a "failure" but you do know that most movies, especially successful ones, have their dinos or creatures with a name. If it would be intended for adults, it would be more of a "documentary" with the dinos baring no name of course. Afterwards, you must chose carefully the voice actors too, or something similar to Walking with the Dinosaurs might happen. Also you might ask why I imagined the name Oostralia instead of just saying Australia is because Oost means east in Dutch and it was on the eastern part of the continent that Austrosaurus was discovered. And again I don't intend these to be Hollywood movies. |

PERMA was quite weird at first but now I changed a little the plot (there's no more aliens, FINALLY) hiwever it should be a little kid oriented story but they can be still some slight mature contents: The story starts in Siberia 252 mya, a mother Protorausorus watches over her nest while an egg hatches. From the egg hatches a baby Protorosaurus (duh). The mother names her Yonda. 15 years later, the baby has become a "teenage" archosaur (synonyms dude). Yonda also has a "future mate" (or you can call him a boyfriend ) named Alexis. They chill out and do their things when the ground shakes and lava pours out of the ground. Yonda's mother is killed (the scene must have been more dramatic than the description I'm writing here) in the process. They try to stay in Siberia but conditions forced them to find a new home. They go in a group made of Suctosuruses, Coelurosauravuses and Protorausoruses (including Yonda and Alexis... of course). They go on a journey through Pangaea, in search of a new home. Dotted with small oasises and almost dry lake, Pangaea has turned into a gigantic desert, with only the southern part of Gondwana being "full" of life. Going south they enter and travel through the "Death Zone" to reach a better land. They encounter 2 Sauroctonus at the place today known as New York. An Inostrancevia (that I decided to name Gorg) joins in, even though he is a carnivorous. 6 months after, they arrive between Africa and South America but a faul forms, as a sign of Pangaea moving north. The fault separates the group in two, eventually seperating Yonda from Alexis. Arriving in actual South Africa almost 3 months later, they encounter a Moschops. A Scutosaurus of the group wanders of because of thirst (even though this turtle's ancestor can survive for a long time without water). The traitor Gorg attacks the Scutosaurus and eats him. The group continues to go on until Gorg attacks another member. Yonda succeeds to fend him off and kicks him from the group. 3 weeks later they finally arrive to a forest between Antarctica and South Africa. The group is finally reunited with the other one separated during the fault's creation. Yonda is finally reunited with Alexis and can finally be together and assure the survival of the species. Millions of years later the world will change, life will retake its advantages on Earth, dinosaurs and mammals will be born. But this story kinda destroys the concept of Darwinism because of the groups that traveled together and survived together (NO. I AM NOT A DARWINIST! But I still accept evolution and all those darwiny stuff.) so it seems ilogical at some point. Probably you would say "Why did they move in the first place?". Remember this "movie" (if it will be) is a little more intended for kids. I haven't said so many details here so yeah. Well at least it's not another of those dinosaury movies (rawr I'm a T-rex... no not that... sorry).Did I do anything to your mind? If yes, here's some Indomie: ![]() Your welcome. |
