Ironically, they don't have assholes. Maybe they just feel really constipated
What I mean is that the Malaware sound like very dumb creatures. I mean, destroying other species just because you think they're better then them? That's just childish and wrong.
They aren't dumb. Not in the slightest. It's just their culture. You wouldn't call christians dumb just for believing an all powerful narcissistic asshole that punishes you for being gay or aetheist. Nor would you call white people dumb for enslaving an entire ethnicity. It's just culture. Terrible terrible culture.
Uuuuuum........ You know white people were not the first or only people to practice slavery, and they didn't enslave the whole black race, either, right? Not to mention the vast majority of white people didn't even own slaves. That's a very insensitive generalization, and I have half a mind to report you. Er, what. I know that Europeans weren't the only or first people to practice slavery (in fact slavery is kind of necessary for a larger scale civilizations), and I know it wasn't all black people that were enslaved, just a few tribes. And I know many white people did not own slaves. But I stand by what I'd say. European-Americans did use slaves for cheap labor and treated them horrifically. And although many European Americans did not own slaves (mostly just the rich people had slaves) that doesn't mean that many white people treated them as sub-humans. Hell, even some of the founding fathers kept slaves.
And as a side note, I wouldn't recommend reporting me. If you did, I doubt the admins would think whatever I said was offensive enough to warrant a warning.

It is in my knowledge that before the predominantly white slave traders there was no ethnic discrimination and anyone could become a slave. Then as the white traders became more advanced compared to the other ethnic groups they began to discriminate like whites=masters blacks=slaves.

Yes, that's enough of that. Get back on topic and stop embarrassing yourself with edgy religious insults and simplistic retellings of the Transatlantic slave trade and African history, thanks.

So, I have an idea, and I have not a clue whether or not exactly I can make a project out of it, because it has very little spec actually in it. So I recently reread the book Call of the Wild, and i started thinking, huh, what if instead of huskies, they used dinosaurs. So I started looking into polar dinosaurs and found that most of the really cool ones are from Australia, so I thought to myself, what if you flipped the world upside down and tinkered with the continents a bit and basically make australia and antartica into alaska and canada. Take the early to mid cretaceous, add a couple million years and humans, and you have the dinosaur yukon. To make this even better, australia is practically filled with gold and opals, just like the gold filled yukon. Would one be able to make a project on here about this, or would it just be better suited just for the background of a story/book?

So, we've established the idea, but there is still one more thing. What would exactly would have to happen to make an extinction this massive?
|
Projects Punga: A terraformed world with no vertebrates Last one crawling: The last arthropod
ARTH-6810: A world without vertebrates (It's ded, but you can still read I guess)
Potential ideas- Swamp world: A world covered in lakes, with the largest being caspian sized. Nematozoic: After a mass extinction of ultimate proportions, a single species of nematode is the only surviving animal. Tri-devonian: A devonian like ecosystem with holocene species on three different continents.
Quotes "Arthropod respiratory systems aren't really "inefficient", they're just better suited to their body size. It would be quite inefficient for a tiny creature that can easily get all the oxygen it needs through passive diffusion to have a respiratory system that wastes energy on muscles that pump air into sacs. (Hence why lungless salamanders, uniquely miniscule and hyperabundant tetrapods, have ditched their lungs in favor of breathing with their skin and buccal mucous membranes.) But large, active insects already use muscles to pump air in and out of their spiracles, and I don't see why their tracheae couldn't develop pseudo- lungs if other conditions pressured them to grow larger."-HangingTheif
"Considering the lifespans of modern non- insect arthropods (decade-old old millipedes, 50 year old tarantulas, 100+ year old lobsters) I wouldn't be surprised if Arthropleura had a lifespan exceeding that of a large testudine"-HangingTheif

@insect illuminati get shrekt a long, really big nuclear war paired with global warming paired with a meteor strike, then an ice age from the ash cloud, then if need be a hyper thinning of the ozone layer. Is that cataclismic enough?

I suggest you write it in Café Cosmique.

"Humans have a tribal mindset and it's not alien for tribes to war on each other. I mean, look at the atrocities chimpanzee tribes do to each other. Most of people's groupings and big conflicts in history are directly or obliquely manifestations of this tribal mindset."-Sceynyos-yis
"He's the leader of the bunch You know his Coconut Gun is finally back to fire in spurts. His Coconut Gun Can make you smile If he shoots ya it's firing in spurts. His Coconut Gun Is bigger, faster, stronger too! He's the gun member of the Coconut Crew! HUH!
C.G.! Coconut Gun! C.G.! Co-Coconut Gun! Shoot yourself with a Coconut Gun! HUH!"-Kamineigh

Unaffiliated Universes- [To Be Named] - A parallel earth where the Synapsids took over after the Permian Extinction, among other resulting changes.
- نيو نيو امستردام - An abandoned Dyson Cylinder containing an Ecumenopolis now catering to our former pets and pests. (A concept developed entirely separate from DroidSyber's Arcology, I swear.)

Parakosmos Minor - Known Earth Pocket Universes, Natural or Artificial.- Island of Marsupials and Armadillos off the coast of South America
- A world inhabited by Woodpecker descendants (Again, not meant to be a clone of Serina, I in no way have that much detail ready for this.)
- Katiwala - Your typical Lost World...if i decide to go that route...
(And this is just the spec related stuff)
