Wow so your that guy from deviantart :D. I am a big fan!

I am not to good with locomotion so I can't see what's different from regular bears in this picture. But I like it none the less :)

A digitigrade bear is essentially a tail-less canid ? ...

Banana boy - the bear is walking "tippy toes" - instead of with its whole "hand" and foot on the ground...

But I like your work - what's your username on Deviantart ?

Cool.... one thing, IMHO, I can't see a bear moving bipedally when digitigrade - maybe just standing like that to reach higher food sources??? I guess digitigrade standing posture might give it an extra 6 inches or so of reach ?

hey dude - I wasn't criticizing your drawing skills - they're excellent! :)

when I say "can't see" - I mean I personally can't envision a bear walking bipedally if it was digitigrade - I know theropods and birds (and even more than one crurotarsan "crocodillian" - effigia) were/are digitigrade bipeds - but I don't think an animal with a bear's "build" would get very far walking on two legs "tippy toes".... :)

Its not that we don't want to comment its just that were not sure what else needs to be said. If you started a project I am sure people would look and comment :)
