| Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web. While unregistered users are able to browse the forum on a basic level, registering an account provides additional forum access not visible to guests as well as the ability to join in discussions and contribute yourself! What is this Ke$ha of which you speak? I think the Red Army Choir is a perfect guilty pleasure. They're so amazing, but they're so communist. Like dark chocolate. Bitter as hell, and you love every single bit of it. Edited by Kamidio, Oct 4 2011, 09:08 PM.

The Red Army Choir and Verna were the only good things to ever come out of the USSR. I suppose the Soviet Heavy Draft Horse is ok too. Speaking of which, I think I've found a proper guilty pleasure of mine. I love rogue states and dictatorships. When a nation tells the international community to go the hell and does things it's own way I'm always intrigued. I'm fascinated by Apartheid era South Africa, Rhodesia, Saddam's Iraq and North Korea. I love seeing how they try to cope with going alone and what crazy shit the come up with to do it. The Ryugyong Hotel, the Project Babylon space gun, Rhodesia's "make do and mend" airforce. Ooh I've GOT another one! Military music in general, but Japanese and German especially. That's not something I shout from the rooftops. I tend to prefer the older stuff though, about defending the Rhine and the duty of the sailor. The later stuff is mostly "I CAN'T WAIT TO DIE LIBERATING ASIA". Edited by lamna, Oct 8 2011, 06:47 PM.

There is no free stuff from the Cerberus Network. Everyone keeps telling me there is, but Bioware tells me it'll cost me 320 bioware points with or without Cerberus. |

We should all aspire to die surrounded by our dearest friends. Just like Julius Caesar. "The Lord Universe said: 'The same fate I have given to all things from stones to stars, that one day they shall become naught but memories aloft upon the winds of time. From dust all was born, and to dust all shall return.' He then looked upon His greatest creation, life, and pitied them, for unlike stars and stones they would soon learn of this fate and despair in the futility of their own existence. And so the Lord Universe decided to give life two gifts to save them from this despair. The first of these gifts was the soul, that life might more readily accept their fate, and the second was fear, that they might in time learn to avoid it altogether." - Excerpt from a Chanagwan creation myth, Legends and Folklore of the Planet Ghar, collected and published by Yieju Bai'an, explorer from the Celestial Commonwealth of Qonming Tree That Owns Itself

Then there is something wrong, or you are doing something wrong. Once you've activated the Cerberus Network you unlock Zaeed, the crash site and a few other things. Has your code been used? |

I've registered my game and activated the Cerberus Network. Those were the first things I did when I got the game. Using the Cerberus Network in game just opens up the Bioware site, which tells me I don't have enough bioware points to get the content. |

"You shall perish, whatever you do! If you are taken with arms in your hands, death! If you beg for mercy, death! Whichever way you turn, right, left, back, forward, up, down, death! You are not merely outside the law, you are outside humanity. Neither age nor sex shall save you and yours. You shall die, but first you shall taste the agony of your wife, your sister, your sons and daughters, even those in the cradle! Before your eyes the wounded man shall be taken out of the ambulance and hacked with bayonets or knocked down with the butt end of a rifle. He shall be dragged living by his broken leg or bleeding arm and flung like a suffering, groaning bundle of refuse into the gutter. Death! Death! Death!" | |
