This bizarre marsupial lives in the outback and is descended from kangaroos. Its feet have merged together into one giant foot. This foot is ripe with muscles and allows the roo to hop at over 40 miles an hour. It feeds mostly on the shrubs and grasses of the desert, but will occasionally eat carrion as well. |

One leg would make it terribly bad at balance, not to mention that any of the macropods that have the legs in the middle of fusing would be even worse than one fully adapted to 1 leg, and would be unable to survive. |
