| Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web. While unregistered users are able to browse the forum on a basic level, registering an account provides additional forum access not visible to guests as well as the ability to join in discussions and contribute yourself! Did anyone else get an involuntary shudder when they read man after man or nemo ramjet's all tomorrows? I know I sure did. There was just something about those two books that unsettles me. Or do I just have a weak constitution? |

I actually liked it , although I wish the human species were more divergent from their ancestor (Homo Sapien) the Qu's genetic modifications would have made these species look nothing like us, but they all did
I wish our species didn't diverge so far, as time goes by we look nothing like our former selves, here this human species(Homo Species) are too divergent

I'm sure the Qu have ways. Besides, maybe if they're nice, they'll make you into one of the predator people.

Ah, que horror! Transform actual people instead of simply collection genes... Besides, I would prefer to have pterosaur wings, a lemurian head and tail and a warm coat of fur. Can that be? |

Since Fall is based on the pressures of nuclear radiation and genetic inbreeding, most species of hominids end up resembling men somehow. |
