Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web.

In life's history, our planet has seen 5 known kingdoms of life spurt out of the first microbial life. It is entirely possible that this may happen again in Earth's distant future.Out of the most studied, and pehaps most spectacular kingdom, the Animal Kingdom, or Animalia, there are certain species groups we know as Insects, Arachnids, Fish, Birds, Mammals, Reptiles, Crustaceans, and Cephalapods, some of which evolved from others. These all, in turn, have classifications within and so on.

Please if you have any ideas on new kingdoms, clades or species groups, and the species within place them in this post
Examples of groups
quadrupedbird:(spink)future evolution of flightless birds
fullflightbird:(great blue windrunner)future evolution of birds wich speens most of its life flying

Examples of some clades
flish:(ocean flish)future evolution of the fish wich took flight
terrasquid:(megasquid)future evolution of the cephalopod wich whent to land
