| Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web. While unregistered users are able to browse the forum on a basic level, registering an account provides additional forum access not visible to guests as well as the ability to join in discussions and contribute yourself! ![]() Did anyone hear of Runescape? The 2nd most popular MMORPG? After so many "games made real" topics, I decided to make my own about Runescape (BTW, I was a member so I know a lot of it). And remember, not all are from Glienor. The orks, goblins, ogres, etc... came from Yu'biusk, void creatures from the void realm, abyssal creatures from the abyss, etc... First I'd like to focus on are the Aviansie and the Basilisk ![]() The Runescape bestiary: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Bestiary The Summoning Familiars (unsure if it's there): http://www.runescape.com/kbase/guid/summoning_familiars |

Were you a member? Basilisks are in the Relekka dungeon (and probably in other places). Good source of gold summoning charms if you have a mirror shield. Aviansie are found in the God Wars dungeon. Good source of money if you have an Armadyl pendant, stuff of other gods so that the other GWD minions don't attack you, and have a good ranging level. |

No, I wasn't a member. They were going to have to pry my gold pieces out of my cold, pixelated hands... |

Bummer. It's worth it if you have the time. I left because I got too addicted to it. So, how can the Basilisk me made plausible? How can it kill things with its eyes? |
