Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web.

So how are you going to explain the fact that all Zelda monsters disappear in black smoke after they´ve been killed? :D

Interesting, I'm curious as to what to you come up with. Escpecially Ganon who started out pig-like and became humanoid.

In the meantime, I can't wait to bomb some dodongos!

Now all we need is a Mario topic that gets somewhere.

In the end, the best advice I could give you would be to do your project in a way that feels natural to you, rather than trying to imitate some geek with a laptop in Colorado.

The Yoshi topic was originaly a Kirby topic, but then it was a general video game spec, and finally I closed it. I plan on making a Marioverse topic. I'll post the octorock first.

I'm going to post the species like this: Random species, Human species, Boss species repeat. So it is possible that the Dodongo will appear on the repeat.
