| Speculative biology is simultaneously a science and form of art in which one speculates on the possibilities of life and evolution. What could the world look like if dinosaurs had never gone extinct? What could alien lifeforms look like? What kinds of plants and animals might exist in the far future? These questions and more are tackled by speculative biologists, and the Speculative Evolution welcomes all relevant ideas, inquiries, and world-building projects alike. With a member base comprising users from across the world, our community is the largest and longest-running place of gathering for speculative biologists on the web. While unregistered users are able to browse the forum on a basic level, registering an account provides additional forum access not visible to guests as well as the ability to join in discussions and contribute yourself! Well that would double the creepy factor in Nyan Koi. "To break the curse you must do 100 good deeds for cats, now spank me! Give it to me hard" Who found this out? Who wakes up and thinks "I'm going to spank a cat today and see if it like sit"? |

Maybe it's like a massage? Like you know how some types of massage are just chopping or hitting? The shock of the impact goes through the whole muscle and promotes better circulation and helps it to relax after a while... I remember one of the warm-ups at aikido class was to gently hit ourselves all over with our knuckles and it does actually feel pretty good as long as it's not done too hard. Plus, I prefer when getting a leg massage to have it chopped rather than kneaded. Kneading just hurts... oddly. Edited by KayKay, Jan 25 2010, 04:10 AM.

Yeah that's what my girlfriend said, and you're probably right. It's just a whole lot more fun to develop a whole new level of distance for the smug furry buggers. |

The rear half of a cat is very sensitive to pleasure, like when you stroke a cat on the rear half, the tail goes up so much higher. That sounds wrong. |

According to Morgan dogs also like it. Horse however are normal animals that like your pinching the back of their neck along the mane, and don't like heavy patting or slapping. Horses generally hate winning races, they want to run with other horses not get out in front. So when a horse does win and lots of people come up to it and pat is the horse learns not to win again. |

Babies enjoy having their bottoms patted. Not like hard spanking, but a good solid thumping can help them calm down and releive gas (or feces) |

You lucky bastard. I'm currently leeching of the government. What's I'd give for your job. And it's not horse's fault they are dickheads. They are daft but so trainable people think they are smart and treat them wrong. More things the media don't tell you about children. I assumed you patted the back. |

Having a baby, I can safetly say that they are hilarious. However, that's mostly because having a baby completely destroys your ability to think rationally and the whole endorphins thing makes it kinda fuzzy to reason. HA BOO BOO BOO WHOOSSA BABBY YES IT'S YOOOU BA BA BA BOO |
