Well, I suppose it depends on what you're growing hte house of. I mean, imagine a sort of tree you could grow that would be large, bulbous...you'd just have to install a door or grow one yourself. You could stimulate it to grow different furnitures and applications via engineering...

Also I remember listening to a podcast short story about a Farm* that created trees that would burn like rockets to lift them off. I wonder if that would work? *A weird mass of about 6-7 people fused and trying to go to Jupiter.

Also I just got the book "In the Courts of the Crimson Kings" where apparently everything the Martians use more advance than a sword is bio. Like rugs that huddle up to your feet.
