Teams may only be started by staff members or Champion Speciators. When forming a team, one must first PM me with the following template:

[b]Team Alignment:[/b]

Team Alignment is basically this: there are three divisions of teams, Imaginative, Scientific, and Compound. Imaginative means that members of the team focus on making ideas more on the edge of reality. Scientific means that the debate team is more based on applying scientific theory and law. Compound teams are more interested in combining both imagination and science when hypothesizing speculative life forms.

Once a team has been approved, the Leader must start a topic within this subforum. The purpose of the topic is to select team members. Each team must have 4 members, any team without a total of 4 members is unable to participate in debates.
