Gavyn had been sitting at his desk at the firehouse for about an hour now. He had gotten a job after shortly moving in with his father and stepmom, who he had began calling mom now. His mother was dead and just to make it easier on his future brother or sister he just went with it. Gavyn had no issue with it either and Vanessa didn't seem to mind. With a small sigh, Gavyn had glanced over at the walkie talkie that sat on the corner of the desk, the thing hadn't gone off at all once. In a way he was somewhat happy, but in another way, he was bored out of his mind. Gavyn had slowly risen from the chair he sat in and adjusted the all black BDU pants he wore so that they hung correctly on his hips. Gavyn had been sitting all day that he just had to move around. As he slowly made it through the firehouse he scratched at the facial hair along his jaw and chin and then nodded at one of the men waxing the fire truck. Gavyn had told the fire company that he had previous training, which he did, though it was different training before and he was hired as a fire major. That rank was just below chief. Which meant that everyone had to report to him. When Gavyn heard the radio going off he jogged towards the office and picked it up just in time to hear the message. It seems like there was a 911 call directed towards the fire department and then was hung up. It was mandatory to check and make sure that nothing was wrong. Gavyn had clipped the walkie talkie to the side of his belt and then wound the cord up his back and clipped the handheld device onto his shoulder. Gavyn had then grabbed the keys to the patrol car and moved outside. After sliding inside the car, Gavyn had placed his sunglasses on and backed out of the fire house parking lot. Gavyn had finally made it to the home and sat outside as he typed a few things into the computer. The home belonged to Issac and Hannah Faye and they had a young son. Gavyn was sure it was a mistake where the child had accidently called and with a quiet chuckle had had risen from the car as he left it running and made his way up to the door. After knocking a few times, Gavyn took a step back and hit the button on the walkie talkie on his shoulder as he mumbled a few words into it as he waited. |

Hannah had been in the kitchen all morning preparing food items for Isaac's business dinner he had to host tonight. As his wife, it was Hannah's duty to make sure everything went according to plan and although Isaac was only six years older than she was, she was still considered his trophy wife. Hannah was, needless to say, not very happy in the current situation she was in with her husband of five years. Hannah would give antyhing to rewind time and be happy again, feeling that sensation of being in love and lusting after the man she cared for. That was all gone now and Hannah had too much diginity to ask for a divorce. Her parents would most likely be ashamed and maybe even laugh at how they were right about her relationship with Isaac. Regardless, Hannah would not change anything about her past because it brought Ace, her son, into her life and for that, she would be eternally grateful. Ace was her life, her little angel. Once Hannah had placed the steaks in the microwave to defrost, she made her way through the house to find her son. Just as she was about to round the corner of his room, the doorbell rang. Sighing, Hannah glanced into Ace's room to make sure he was okay and then made her way downstairs to answer the door. Hannah pulled open the door about the time a second knock came sounding on it and gave a bright smile at the man who stood on her front porch. "Hello, may I help you?" Hannah asked as she placed a hand on her hip and ran her other hand through her long hair. It seemed the man at the front door was some sort of enforcement type, she could tell by the outfit he wore and the car in which he pulled up in. |

"Good morning, ma'am." Gavyn said quietly as he twisted the volume down on the walkie talkie on his belt. Gavyn had slowly folded his arms across his chest, his huge, muscular arms making the muscle shirt he wore tightene on his body and expose the tight muscles beneath it. The things that stood out beside the muscles under the shirt were the nipple rings that could be seen now and the large tattoos on his arms. The fire department had asked him to take out the piercings but he refused and left the ones in his nipples and ears in. "It seems someone place a 911 call not too long ago. It sounded like a child playing with the phone to the company, ma'am." Gavyn informed her with a small smile. "My name is Fire Major Gavyn Ipswich and if you don't mind, I'd like to come in and give a small talk to the child in the household about that number." |

Hannah sighed and shook her head as she pulled the door open wider for Gavyn to come inside. "I'm so sorry. I've just been so busy that Ace has been playing alone all morning so I just thought he'd be fine," Hannah said, feeling truly apologetic for what Ace had done. He should have known better. As Gavyn passed her, the first thing she noticed was how ungodly attractive he was. It seemed as if her entire body was drawn to him and she immediately felt something in the pit of her stomach as well as between her legs. "Uh, so I'll get him. He's only three but..it's my fault, really," Hannah explained as she brushed past Gavyn to stand at the bottom of the stairs. "Ace Lucas Faye, you get down here this instant!" Once Hannah had screamed for him, she locked her eyes back on Gavyn's form just as her three year old came trotting down the stairs. |

Gavyn smiled just a bit as the little boy introduced as Ace came over to him and he crouched down so he was eye level with him. "Hey, little man," Gavyn said quietly and stuck out his large palm. "Can I have a high five?" He asked and when Ace's little palm smacked his he chuckled just a bit. Gavyn had then pulled his hand back and stared at the boy who resembled his mother almost completely and rested it on his knee. "So I work for the fire department, Ace." Gavyn started and his smile still remained. "My name's Gavyn and I received the call you made not too long ago, sir." Gavyn told the child with another chuckle and poked him in the stomach gently. "I know you probably just learned what 911 is used for but it's only used for emergencies, Ace. So let's not call it again, hm? Can you do that for me, little man?" Gavyn asked in the sweetest of tones. |

"But it was a emergwency!" Ace protested as he glanced from Gavyn to his mother and back again. "I losted my dollar and I can't find it now. I don't know where it went." Ace's facial expression acted as if this was the biggest travesty in the world. As if his dollar meant everything in the world to him, he was truly upset about this. Hannah stifled a laugh with the palm of her hand over her mouth and nose as Ace explained his big emergency. "Ace, that is not an appropriate emergency, sweetheart. 911 is for fires or important injuries." Once Hannah had explained that to Ace, she moved over to him to scoop him up in her arms and give the side of his cheek a quick peck. "We don't play with phones anyways. You're not old enough to use the phone and you know better than to touch it." |

Gavyn had chuckled and then reached into his pocket. "Well, I'll tell you what, Ace." Gavyn started and pulled out his wallet and then grabbed one of the ten dollar bills. "Why don't you take this to replace the dollar you lost, little man." Gavyn continued and then pulled a small card from his wallet and then a pen from his pocket and scribbled down his number and unit number. "And if you lose it again, call this number instead of 911." Gavyn told him and then handed Ace the card with a bright smile. Gavyn had given Ace a small pat on the head turned to exit. "Thank you for your time, ma'am." |

"You didn't have to do that," Hannah said with a small smile as she followed Gavyn to the door when he thanked her and turned to exit. In all honesty, she didn't want him to go, she was highly attracted to him and it had been a very long time since she felt sexual towards any man. Not to mention, he was really good with Ace, which impressed her since Isaac hardly ever gave the two of them the time of day when it came to his job. "But it's very nice of you. Again, I'm sorry he did that. He's never played with the phone before, I don't know where he got that from all of a sudden," Hannah continued as she opened the door for Gavyn and leaned against it. Hannah wore a tight, white tank top that exposed her middrift just barely and a pair of black cloth pants that hung loosely on her tiny hips. As she leaned against the door frame, Hannah jutted her hips out a bit which exposed her middrift even more. "It won't happen again..." |

"Atleast he has another number to call." Gavyn explained with a small smile and turned around to face her. Gavyn's attention was stolen when he saw her jut out her hips a bit and it pushed her shirt up higher. Her pants were already down low enough and it made him swallow hard and his jaw lock. If he had a beating heart, it'd be beating so fast right now. "And hey, if you need anything at all that number isn't just limited to Ace." Gavyn told her with a smirk and then began to take the porch steps one at a time. With another smile directed in her direction he had moved to sit down in the running car and then put it in drive. |

Hannah bit down on her bottom lip hard when Gavyn explained that his number was for her use as well. It was then that Hannah gave him a small wave and smirk as he pulled out of her driveway. Once she had closed the door, Hannah darted up the stairs to grab the phone book and look up his address. It was a sort of whim that Hannah never expected herself to do but once she had found his name and ripped out the page with his address on it, she knew exactly what she would do. ---Roughly 4 Hours Later--- Isaac came through the front door of his home at a little past four, just in time to get himself ready for the dinner party that was to be held at eight. He had a few more calls to make and he hoped Hannah was well on her way to finishing the meal preperation. "Hannah!" Isaac called through the house. He expected her in the kitchen and when he didn't see her there, he was furious. "Yes?" Hannah called back as she examined herself closely in the mirror. She had on the same outfit as before but had tidied herself up a bit to go see Gavyn. Hannah then slid on a pair of black flip flops and grabbed her purse as she jogged down the stairs. "And where the hell do you think you're going? We've got the dinner party in a few hours, Hannah," Isaac shot as he sat down in front of his computer to make a few conference calls. "I've got to run to the store to pick up a few things so I can finish. Everything's on time and almost done. I'm ahead of the game, honey," Hannah said as she gave him a peck, leaning over his shoulder from behind. "I'll take the mustang and I'll be back after I grab them. Gotta get the wine too so watch Ace for me, might be a while." With that, Hannah made her way out the front door. Once outside, she climbed in the front seat of her black mustang. She hated driving Isaac's truck so as she slid in the key, she smirked to herself. "I can't believe you're doing this," Hannah said to herself as she examined herself in the mirror once more before starting the engine and backing out of the driveway. |
