volume leveling

Hello,

I have had a problem with "level track volume" on every version of Media Monkey released after 3.2.4. When I convert to CBR 160 kbs and have the level track volume box checked in version 4.1 it shows no changes or results. When I open the folder in version 3.2.4 and do an analyze volume the program shows the volume levels which are all over the place. At one point I thought that version 4.1 did level the volume but just did not show the result. When I use version 3.2.4 to convert the audio format and level track volume the program levels the volume and it shows in the track volume column as +0.0 dB which is what I want. I'm using Win 7 Home Premium with a AMD Phenom Quad-Core Processor running at 2.20 GHz and 6 GB ram.Any suggestions as to how this can be corrected?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
