Jonofin, we've always just bounced back, we'll be fine, thanks your concern though :D Have fun in TE, TE is completly lawless as it is. We really only want the reps back, then you can tech raids anyone you feel like. |

Ok. But I have another question: When CoIN fails, and you guys create another alliance (I assume this is what you meant by "bouncing- back?), will that alliance still hold the terms against me? By terms I mean the whole no nukes things. |

your assuming coin fails and your terms are binding with all members of coin so as long as one member is still playing this game you cant have nukes |

Triumvirate of CoIN: Foreign Affairs

This thread is for REPS, keep it that way. CoIN isn't going to fail, we just signed two major treaties and have a stable membership base. Quit your whining and move on to completing the reps. |

Jonofin, this is for Reps only, notihing else, and those terms are binding towards you untill you finish paying reps pulse 60 days, as of now, anyhow. |

Just wanted to interject for a quick hypothetical. Based on the terms that Jon is bound, he can never ever have nukes? How is this enforced? By war? So here is the hypothetical. If Jon were to join a much more powerful alliance than CoIN and with their blessing aquired nukes, and this alliance ignored any CoIN objections, would we then risk the entire coalition's destruction to subjugate Jon? Also, Jon, why do you even bother playing by these rules? Would it not be easier to assume a new identity in CN and start over Tabula Rasa-style? |

Jesus Jonathan...you just dug your grave really deep. I feel for ya. But thanks for standing up for me! I stand by the rules because I know I did wrong I and I need to be punished...ROFLMAO! Ya right! I only have to follow these rules becuase you can not restart CN completely. You can change your nation name, but not your ruler name. Wich means, even if I did restart, CoIN would find me. But, you are right at one point. CoIN can't back up these rules if I join a bigger alliance that doesn't listen to CoIN. Yes, almost every alliance I would try to join would probably obey CoIN's wishes, but there are always radical alliances out there. I will break these terms one day. You watch. I request that, as proposed earlier, a new topic be made for CoIN and I to voice our opinions on things unrelated to these reps. |

There is a reason for treaties. This si why if you join a bigger alliance they will honor the terms we have for you. In fact, 90% of alliances on CN wont even except you if one of us CoIN government tell them your little situation. Actually, most big alliances wont even look twice at your application if you have rep terms you still have to follow. Thats the glorious thing about treaties and organization on CN. Rouges dont get away with things. So for you joining any alliance wont matter. As long as we are around you will NEVER have a nuke. And if it comes to the point were you do get them or you obtain a MP i will defend our terms myself. |

Still that does not stop a "rouge" from just abandoning that account and creating a brand new one, and then obtaining a nuke. I'd say its pretty easy to get a blank slate and say "to hell" with any reparations or restrictions.
I'm going to assume you meant that towards Jonofin. :wtf: |
