Kalliope Arouraios
Kalliope nudged the door of her apartment open and stepped inside, kicking the door closed behind her. Being a were was great, but were or not, carrying this many groceries up four flights of stairs is not fun. Quickly she crossed to the island that separated the kitchen from the living room and put the groceries down. Then she listened. From the quiet, it sounded like her last "guest" had left during the day. That was good. While Kalliope allowed her home to be used as a hidey hole by other weres (and sometimes vampires), this particular guest had made her uneasy. Casting her eyes around the room, she mentally she relaxed a bit. At least this guest hadn't taken the TV with him. Shrugging and humming Fun.'s "Carry On" to herself, Kalliope put the groceries away.

Kalliope Arouraios
When she finished arranging the groceries, Kalliope riffled through the stack of junk mail on the island counter. Most of it was useless ads, but one was a flyer for a re-opened "Club Underground". Holding it in her hands, the wererat smiled. Maybe she could use some socialization. She grabbed her beaten leather jacket and her keys, and left for the club.
