This is another show hubby and I enjoy together. He always teases me that I could never do this show because of my fear of heights, eating strange foots and just running!!! LOL |

I'd be worried about eating strange FOOTS, too !!! --  _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I luv this show, too... I like to see the different places they go to and the things they have to do. It's waaay better than Survivor - or better yet, the ol' Fear Factor show...  . Edited by MrsDM, Nov 22 2008, 05:04 PM.

I enjoy this show also. It keeps you on the edge of your chair.

I was glad that Nick & Starr won !!  They SOOOOO dominated this season!  I really did not want Tina & Ken to win  - altho, Ken wasn't too bad a player/guy. I do feel sorry for him, now that he decided to stay with her - she was just WAAAAY too over-bearing for me, and I wasn't even with her 24/7 !!!  I do wish 'em luck."Dandrew" - what can ya say - they gave it the good ol' college try!  Anyway - another season is already over !! I'm looking forward to Amazing Race 14 !! |

I have always loved Amazing Race. It is so amazing to see the places around the world that they travel to. I like that many of the challenges are related to the culture of the country or city in the country. I was surprised this time that it was not a 3 hr finale. It is still an amazing show! Donna |

We haven't had tv for a solid year. The way time has a habit of whizzing by, it could be a lot longer than that, even. I don't miss it because I never really watched it, but I do miss certain shows. Such as this one, I, too, am mesmerized by Amazing Race. It truly is amazing, the things the creators come up with. And amazing how the contestants have the stamina to do the things they do. What I have been doing is waiting for the show to finish and then watching the whole thing on YouTube. It's great. No ads, and because I can watch several shows in sequence, I don't forget things as I used to do, watching week after week. Know what crossed my mind not once, but several times, this past season? Clay. He indicated he'd have liked to do this show. As I watched, I put him into the situations - and I wonder just how he's manage. All that water ! All those balancing acts - walking across logs over water, etc. - he can't even manage on a huge stage without falling off  It would be a hoot to see what he's do, and how he'd manage to do it. One thing - he is really smart - he wouldn't have trouble with some of those confusing instructions.

I enjoyed the show. It kept me on the edge of my seat as usual. I like some teams better than others, but it is still early to  for a team. I still have to get familiar with the names. I always feel  for the first team to go. Sure was happy that mother and son came in first  . The bungee jump . The cheese challenge was very funny. I know it was a strenuous task, but I could not help  . Looking forward to next week.
