I don't think I will ever get used to having a husband in the hospital. At least they did a great job and he is getting better. He collapsed last Monday at home. I called 911, and we spent twelve hours in the emergency room that day. At least we were in a little room. He is diabetic and everything he gets has to do with that. He must have six doctors, but they are all enthusiastic and working together. Our daughter comes this weekend. After seeing how much better he is today, I wanted to share this with you. The Auburn United Methodist Church has been with us all the way. I don't see how people manage without a church. I will not take anything for granted after this!! May all your loved ones be well and enjoying the summer.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. My husband is now at home and able to go out. We have the home health care nurses who are threatening to quit if he doesn't stop running around town. I am glad to have him back although he keeps me busier than when he was in the hospital.

I am here, too. Does anybody have the Jimmy Kimmel interview where Clay threw the football? It was my favorite clip. I've lost it off my Ipod.
