Thanks Tinker and ccc  !I hope Kayla is safe!  Looking forward to the group dance. I cannot believe how fast this season went. A new season will be starting in September. Wow, that was fast. This season hasn't finished yet and they've been showing auditions for the next season. Evan's brother Ryan made it through. To tell you the truth out of respect for the contestants of this season they should not be showing next season. Oh well! Tinker and ccc have you seen commercials for Burn The Floor. It is a limited show on Broadway at the Longacre Theatre. It features Latin Ballroom Dancing. Myself and two of my friends from work will be attending August 8th. I am very excited. Max and Karina (from Dancing With the Stars) will be peforming for a limited time, August 4th to August 16th. I cannot wait to see them. Edited by nym1023, Jul 30 2009, 04:17 PM.

Well that's it! To the top four  !First, I was not thrilled with the choreography of the group dance, but must admit it was different. When I heard Wade was the choreographer, I thought the group dance would blow me away but didn't. I enjoyed all the solos but thought Jeanine's was the best. I enjoyed the guys dance and the girls dance equally. I disagree with the judges and feel Evan held his own with Brandon. I also enjoyed all the partnered boy/girl dances. I will say that Kayla and Brandon's Broadway and Jeanine and Brandon's Paso Doble were standouts, but the Paso Doble was the best dance of the night. My favorite dancer is Kayla. Do I think she will win? No. It was very evident by the judges comments tonight who they want to win....Jeanine or Brandon, but I cannot count out Evan. Looking forward to the results show.

Everyone knows how these shows go, the judges try their best to sway the viewers to their way of thinkig( case in point ,AI with CLAY).One judge keeps referring to EVANS face, which I think he should be judged on his dancing.But that's just one mans opinion.I think people can see thru that & vote for THEIR choice.I haven't voted for anything or anyone since CLAY on AI,but I do have favorites & BRANDON is it on this show, just like KEVIN on AGT. |

 Just finished watching the finale of SYTUCD & my favorite dancer(BRANDON) came in 2nd.I have to congradulate JEANINE ,who won the competition this season. I'm not worried about BRANDON being edged out ,because you don't have to win to be a winner.,as we all know from six years ago.(CLAY)This may have been the best thing that happened to him & I hope he realizes that.So, you go BRANDON,& keep on keeping on & following your dream ,because you are a winner in my book.

My girl, Kayla, didn't win . I'm sure she will do well. Wishing all of them success and congratulations Jeanine. Well before you know it Season 6 will begin. I'm sure they want to compete against DWTS. For now I will put my dancing shoes away, rest my feet for a little while and then get ready to dance some more.

Well ladies I went to see Burn the Floor! It was HOT HOT HOT!!!! These dancers have some stamina. I was exhausted just watching them. They sure do know how to shake their buns.Max and Karina from Dancing With the Stars were HOTALICIOUS!!!! When Karina first appeared on stage the crowd roared, but when Max took the stage the crowd blew the roof off the Longacre Theatre. It was so funny when one of the ladies from the audience yelled out I LOVE YOU MAX. It reminded me of fans yelling I LOVE YOU CLAY! This made me miss Clay even more in concert. There was a guy and a girl who sang during certain dance numbers. They were FANTASTIC! Max and Karina will be performing till August 16th. On August 18th Pasha and Anya from So You Think You Can Dance and who also performed on Dancing With the Stars take over Max and Karina's spot. Burn the Floor is at the Longacre Theatre for a short run. It ends October 18th. I enjoyed it so much that I would not mind seeing it again. If you love dancing I recommend seeing the show before it ends. |
